Winter is a tricky time of year. It’s time where our most basic chores become a bit more difficult. That is all thanks to the snow. Picking up the trash is no different. Keep the snow shoveled and salted

The same essentially goes for waste in general. You wouldn’t want to keep it out there, regardless of how much snow is there.
