Still proud that we have already made 5 episodes of the Bicycle Coalition Podcast. The latest episode was particularly fun to put together and Stephanie Ford was wonderful to listen to. Pedal Posse Divas are doing some great things to help bring more women into cycling and to give support to those who already are.

The group is especially doing some cool things to help support women of color in finding good bikes, good places to ride, and good people to ride with. Despite their overwhelming visibility, white men are not the only cyclists on the road. Cyclists in Philly are as diverse as any other interest-based group, and I am happy to see a group doing some cool things to help those who may feel outside the "Members Only" feel of cycling's overall culture.
