In honor of #atopiceczemaday on September 14th, we are sharing our Allergy Family's eczema journey. These pics are of my AllergyKid at 3 and now. He has fought eczema with the power of a superhero since he was born. He has endured every treatment available from oral meds, steroids, uv therapies, and even injectables. In the first photos the socks on his hands are grim reminders of how his own scratching became a weapon against himself. Many doctors, opinions, and treatments later, we have connected with other eczema families and better treatment, and support systems to get to a much better place.
