Today and this weekend went by entirely way to fast!! Yesterday was used as a rest day because I just needed a down day to enjoy some tapping meditations from the Tapping World Summit that has been absolutely amazing as well as watched a a couple of movies! Today was very productive with some praise and worship with pastor @stevenfurtick at @elevationchurch the message was so good that I will listen to the replay tomorrow!! “You are waiting on getting good in your life and God is waiting for you to get good in your mind!!!” Just one of the many takeaways from Pastor Furtick today! Got some laundry done, went grocery shopping, and filed a stack of mail! Yes!!! Care enough about yourself to put your well-being first because you can’t care for others when you are feeling broken and defeated!!!
