Hi! Quick question and I'm sorry if you've already answered this but what are you using behind the scenes to keep this all organized? Cause I've been making an excel chart and it's barely more than names and percentages and I can't imagine having to keep track of that AND photos AND writen propaganda. Not to mention somehow finding the time to answer asks and boost propaganda and just generally be engaged. Seriously hats off to you

I have several different spreadsheets going, and lots of folders on my desktop for keeping all the pictures in. Round 1 was the hardest because I had to find, select, and format all the propaganda submissions, but each round is easier because I can use the previous round's poll as a template. It's a lot of work!

Which reminds me—if anyone is already tracking stats, it would help me a ton if I could see them!

I've been working on this for a couple of days. They're from Twisted Wonderland: Deuce and @chibichibisha's OC Ermine.

She shared with me a snipet of them a few days ago and they wer eso precious and gave me so many feels I just had to draw something. I love them so much <3 So my headcanon for the scene goes like this: Deuce tells him "I've found this flower and it reminded me of your eyes" and hold it on his hair "it's pretty, but you're way prettier..." tries to be suave and put the flower on Ermine's hair. He fails miserably because Ermine doesn't have human ears in where to put it. Panics, tries to find a solution and finally notices that he can put the flower on the hairpin so it doesn't fall. Meanwhile Ermine finds him adorable and laughs, and seeing him laugh is worth the embarassement for Deuce. That's it, that's the scene in my head, badly writen lmao I'm not a writer for a reason P.D.: You can see the timelpse on my twitter too~

I've wanted to do my OC Dillon as a chibi in the game for some time already, and I got some assets recently and worked on this!! And since it didn't take much to do, I asked @chibichibisha if she wanted me to do any of her bois too, and so here's Ermine too :D They could be better, but I think they turned out ok~ Hope you like them~~ All the assets I used were from @/alchemivich on Tumblr! Imagine this for a campaign idea. A blue dragoness in all her vanity decides to replicate herself into legion to gain power and to fulfill her narcissism.

For anyone interested in this idea, i’d recomend an article from issue 315 of Dragon Magazine writen by Steven Palmer Peterson about “Dragon Madness”. some of the ideas there could work along with this to make something very interesting.

Particularly the Nameless Dragon template, the concept was basically a dragon that in their fear and paranoia sought to erase all knowlodge of their name from existence as a way of protecting themselves from magic, the downside being that as they warped reality to make themselves harder to find they lost their sense of self, even forgeting the name that they tried to protect.

In the mindset of most of people, the words "ISO 9001" immediately trigger the synoym "quality" or "quality product". In short, ISO 9001 certification means the supplier has established a controled organization among its business process. It doesn't mean those controlled process are appropriately controled and adapted to deliver a product without defects.

The certification may apply only to a restricted scope

Something that most people ignore is that when you apply for ISO 9001 certification, you have to mention which part of your process you want to certify. Some companies decide to certify their whole process and whole business units (procurement, finance, engineering and product development, manufacturing, sales, marketing etc...) whereas other companies will restrict their certification only to a small parts of their business process (manufacturing). For example, a manufacturer A could decide to get only its packaging process certified, whereas a manufacturer B could decide to get his whole engineering (design, prototyping, testing) and manufacturing business unit(including inspection, assembly and packaging) being certified. In both cases certification is issued but not the same processes have been awarded with ISO 9001 certification. Auditing a full engineering and manufacturing process take much more time to prepare and to audit than only a packaging process, hence the cost for the certification is also higher in the case of manufacturer B than in the case of manufacturer A. So, next time a manufacturer tell you they are ISO 9001 certified, ask them on which business scope their certification applied.
