For a moment, they stare, a smile on their face as they tilt their head to the side.

“… Sorry if I do the wrong thing?”

They then gently pet the top of his head for a few seconds, before beginning to run their fingers through his hair, from his scalp to the ends, and the do it several times over, hoping that they did not disappoint him.

Talon slowly closed his eyes, purring contentedly at the sensation. Slowly, tension bled from his body until he was swaying with every breath, teetering towards Xu as time passed. 

“No... keep going...” His words were almost slurred, feeling comfortable and sleepy as he shamelessly leant against Xu. “Feels nice...”

Immediately, Xue Yang grinned. He adored Xu, and he adored Xu’s hugs the best! He jumped up as he embraced Xu in turn, a happy little sound leaving him as he did so.
