I'm grateful they didn't go ahead with the Guide "donating" her head or her "breasts" thing. I was frankly disgusted and disturbed.

Personal I think the "new light" Nandor is seeing The Guide in is seeing her as a competent and accomplished person after the whole Sleep Hypnosis extravaganza and the "Feelings" hes so confused about feeling towards her is Respect.

But since he's never truly Respected another Vampire he's confused.

Anyone notice that The Guide didn’t tell Nandor to forget that he’s attracted to her during the sleep hypnosis?

She tells Colin:

“You have never been sleep hypnotized.”

Then to Laszlo and Nadja:

“Neither of you have been sleep hypnotized.”

And then Nandor:

“Never,ever. Hush, little baby.”

As an audience, we assume she said the same thing to Nandor that she told the rest of the vampires because of the rule of 3 in TV (A character doing or saying something 3 times has a greater effect on our memory).

As in comedy, it usually makes it funnier. (For example, this same episode the vampires repeat the line about “Sleep hypnosis? Is such a thing even possible?”)

However, we never hear The Guide tell Nandor the full line. And from what we know of The Guide is that she does play tricks. Like last season at Morrigan Manor, she set up all the vampires and tested them. She was lying to Nadja about the curse for most of the season. She told the Baron about Guillermo’s slayer lineage.

This is definitely something The Guide would do. And, especially since Nandor is still attracted to her in the very next episode The Railroad, it’s apparent that she left the part in where Nandor likes her.

I assume this will be revealed later on in the season where Guillermo might question why Nandor is so infatuated with The Guide and Nandor realizes he really isn’t (at least maybe not as a romantic couple) and Nandor comes to realization of who he might actually want to be with.

In episode 4, is it just me or Nandor looked at the Guide with some kind on longing? It would make sense since in episode 3, while Nandor was hypnotized he was attracted to her.

Would it be possible that Nandor "finding love where he least expected" is Nandor falling in love with the guide?????
