pretty sure i've said something along the lines of this before, but when jameson was like two, and xander was born jameson loved hanging out with him because skye didn't

when they were in middle school, jameson was the one that was always supporting xander with his inventions and whatever other stuff that he makes

such as, going to all of his events and stuff

he would also buy xander gifts that would help him build new things

but because of this he definitely has some injuries from xander's explosions

sometimes when they were little, xander would sneak into jameson's bed when he was scared

whenever one of them had crushes on people, the other would be their wingman (including avery and max)

although they're probably the closest out of the brothers, they also fight the most (verbal and physical)

xander ties bows in jameson's hair and then takes .5 photos of him until jameson attacks him and takes .5 photos back at him

they watch marvel movies together because no one else will (and max joins them on occasion)

when jameson first got his licence, they would go out in the car at least once a week and just scream songs or yap all night and they still try to do it when they get older

they are THE early bird and night owl duo (can yall guess who is who)

they have gotten into MULTIPLE fights over who avery's favorite hawthorne is

xander always texts jameson and asks for like 20 bucks?? and jameson always just leaves him on read

jameson has pushed xander into some body of water at multiple points in their life

xander is the kind of brother that steals all of jameson clothes (even though they're slightly too small because he's super tall or whatever)

~ jameson would purposfully bump into avery in the halls so that he could talk to her

~ a lot of the time xander would have to help avery with her work and he'd get super frustrated when she wasn't understanding anything (like a dad that you do your homework with yk)

~ not sure if this counts but that when grayson was in school he would do every single extracurricular

~ the hawthornes were always the center of rumors because of how drama oriented they are

~ before they were even dating there were definitely stuff going around that jameson and avery were dating

~ nash was a theater kid and this passed on to all of his brothers

~ xander definitely experienced the "xander.... hawthorne? ohh i've had all of your brothers in my class-"

~ this could either be a good thing or a bad thing for xander... depending on which brother that the teacher had

~ i think i've talked about this before but avery wouldn't have perfect grades but they also would never be bad because of the expectations that she held herself too, but i think that kinda shows the whole point of her not being perfect

~ xander was a teachers pet and he didn't even notice it

~ grayson was the teacher's pet and he 100% knew that he was

~ sometimes grayson would just walk to school all the way from hawthorne house just to be weird

~ xander has also gotten the "omggg your brother is so hot" (someone please help him)

~ jameson surprisingly didn't have a lot of girfriends while he was in high school

~ after jameson and avery get together and while they're still in school they were always together

i’d like to think that after nash, she does move on and finds love

even though jameson annoys her, when they were kinda growing together, he was her favorite

nan always said that she was gonna be a great lawyer (which is surprising coming from nan)

this was mainly because when she was a kid she was always bossing people around (in the nicest way possible ofc)

she can actually draw and she’s really good at it but because she was a lawyer she couldn’t pursue it

she has very specific taste in men

this is such an interesting idea!!

~ first of all, i think that they would all be kinda close in their younger years

~ toby was always kinda protective of zara when they were teenagers. like he would be the kind of brother to kinda have to hunt down every guy she liked and beat up anyone who messed with her, even if he was younger and lowkey not very intimidating

~ one of the only things that toby and skye had in common was their taste in food

~ toby was always being told that he didn't look a lot like his sisters when he was little but he was always determined that he did (we all know why he didn't)

~ when they were like 7-10 they did the most intense candy trading during halloween

~ they made a lot of pinky promises over really stupid stuff and the words, "don't tell dad" were spoken a lot

~ zara always called shotgun in the fancy car on the way to school and her reasoning was because she was the oldest

~ they made up a secret language that only they could understand

~ even though they were closer in their childhood, as soon as toby started to be a moody hawthorne teenager they started drifting apart and zara was kinda sad

~ zara and skye basically shared the same clothes because even though they could afford to get their own, they were too lazy to go out and get other ones so they could each have their own

~ they were forced to wear matching clothes for family photos and parties and other stuff
