RPG Site played the first few hours of Samurai Remnant and here's their article about that demo.

A few notes I found interesting:

The first Rogue Servant you meet is Tamamo Aria.

Gilgamesh is Rogue Ruler.

You control Musashi pretty early on. Iori also immediately recognizes that she's a version of his father.

The writer compares the town navigation to a more simplified Yakuza, while combat controls like a musou.

Servants' true names are kept more secret in this game than GO does.

Saber is cocky and constantly argues with Iori.
