What is isolation? . These days, as everyone is being advised to self-isolate or to stay home, or social distance, people are missing to gather in groups and socialize and hangout. . But, what we don’t realize is that we isolate ourselves everyday .. either intentionally, or unintentionally. We study, or meditate.. these are things that for most people, being isolated is what is best for these types of activities. . However, sometimes we isolate ourselves unintentionally, but looking in our phones or scrolling through @instagram, @tiktok or other social media platforms while there’s something happening around us. And that’s probably the dangerous thing is that we actually social distance ourselves even when there isn’t any pandemic that is happening. . Even as I write this, it is very contradicting, and something I am changing slowly. To spend more time with family, and friends for coffee or something; to be more social, to never stop learning, and to learn new things. .
