Holly x Poppy Redesign

Figuring out uniform designs for these two was a headache, cuz when I look at their cannon designs, my brain just short circuits. I had to simplify and delete a lot of stuff from their original looks… I hope it still translates as Holly and Poppy though

🌻Side note: Ty all for the support on the original Holly redesign post!!! Diversity and representation in children’s media is an issue that’s very close to my heart and I could go on and on about it. But it’s a little nerve wracking to talk about online cuz you just never know how people are gonna react. But literally everyone that interacted with that post has been so positive and understanding and that makes me feel sooo happy like y’all don’t even know. And the fact that a lot of you also had to deal with being severely underrepresented as children and would’ve loved to see a long haired black Rapunzel on tv as a kid. Ahhhh I’m tearing up, it’s so validating to know that I’m not just screaming into the void and that this was a legit issue that soooo many little black girls had to deal with. Ok anyway, thank you so muchhh, your support means a lot to me, and black girls everywhere I SEE YOU SIS. k love u bye💕
