Day 2) Sitting pose with an open ❤️ My body has been fighting me lately but I have finally crossed the threshold between stretch hurting and helping. To be clear, when done right, yoga and stretches and self massage ALWAYS help me. Recently my pain has been so severe and consistent that even the slightest move felt awful.
