GUYS an important development just happened in MCYT art history.

I don’t know everything about this, but let me brief you on the news so far.

Yesterday at 3PM UTC, @bedrock-to-buildheight (a popular MCYT artist) made a post where they drew modern MCYTubers from 2019-2020 in a style reminiscient of older MCYT artists from 2013.

One of the main styles they tried to replicate was that of “crowmulent”, a supposed MCYT artist that drew a lot of Team Crafted art and the such on DeviantArt back in 2013 and 2014.

Immediately after this post, a lot of people felt a whole lotta emotions. After all, nobody was expecting to see an artstyle today that they saw all the time when they were 10.

But then. BUT THEN. CROWMULENT CAME BACK!!!!!

It turns out that what had happened was a friend of crowmulent on Tumblr saw the post and told crowmulent! Crowmulent still liked MCYT, in fact they stanned Technoblade, but had not drawn in their old artstyle in a long time. They were even surprised that people still remembered them for this!

Crowmulent indeed came back! They found that they had deleted whatever old Tumblr account they had in 2016, and made a new one. And at 10:30 AM UTC today, they made a post to their new blog in which they had drawn new MCYT art in their old artstyle! By the real crowmulent! Their new Tumblr account is @crowmulent.

Now understandably a lot more people are freaking out. And now there’s OLD MCYT ART. Of NEW MCYTUBERS.
