#i was never part of that era of the site but i read through the whole thing and honestly?? it was iconic #you had veteran fanfic writers doing the most exciting things with the most unlikely of characters #(although trudirose and gaston is always a winning combo lbr)#and then like. Literal Children creatively writing for the first time and all the adults had to take them seriously!! and let them #contribute to the story meaningfully!!#AND THEY ACTUALLY FUCKING FINISHED IT #this kingdom hearts-ass plot with Every disney character #gaston and the bunnies?? the tarzan plot cul-de-sac?? quasimodo being important for three seconds??#meg's ankles!! cinderella being mostly useless bless her heart!! eric and aladdin somehow passing as twins of each other when they were #in the agrabah universe!!#THE AURORA PLOT TWIST HELLO?!??!?!?!
