episode 3 of the webseries is... certainly something.
I quite like it to be honest, I came for the really bad stuff, stayed for the lore (and fluffybird haha) and then got whipped in the face by "Family"
(I watched this episode a week ago so apologies if this is inaccurate anywhere)
The start of the episode is golden. The "no, you have to guess" and after red got the answer correct duck still demanded the third guess to which red guy get's wrong (obviously?) and then yellow guy and duck is all like "HAH you lose"
beautiful, love this episode already. Their relationship is absolutely comedic and wonderful.
Also Yellow and Red chanting "OPEN IT! OPEN IT!"
Then we get into the twins, Todney and Lilly. They seem pretty cute I guess. I could do fine without any of the piss jokes though. Didn't complete undermine the episode, but I'd rather do without them.
They're just talking about family and how their group ain't a family and is just a clump or a group or whatever. Red guy just stands up and knocks over his chair and starts shouting something like, "I knew it! I knew I'm not supposed to be living with these guys. They're not even red! I should be around people who look like me!" yeah red just really does not want to be here. I don't know if he actually hates the other two? But I think this is one of the first episodes where red guy is REALLY into the lesson. I mean he went along with a few before but he seems absolutely INVESTED in this lesson here. I don't know, maybe he just really wants to meet his family? feel accepted by those of his kind? did he face some sort of estrangement before this? Does he just. Want to leave the other two because he thinks they're annoying? or maybe it's not about the people but the possibility of living somewhere else? away from the torture? I don't know
anyway, Todney and Lilly invite the three over, and red guy sounds pretty enthusiastic, as well as yellow guy.
duck guy, however, is more concerned with getting home. I don't remember why, could be related to the Chuddle Dollops though. Or maybe he has the brain cell today and also thinks that this place is awfully ominous. sadly, we don't really get to hear the autotune in his distressed voice anymore. That autotune honestly was pretty great. "somethings... wrOnG"
The grandma then starts screeching and ringing bells, and everyone starts enthusiastically chanting "Family game time! Family game time!" Everyone except duck, at least.
They play their family game, and Yellow guy is allowed to play as well, using mother's piece.
When duck, deciding that it's time to go home, tries to take the piece away, grandma starts screaming (again) and he is told that he has to leave.
Unfortunately for him, the others don't really want to go. Red guy still being hellbent on meeting his "real family" and yellow guy just kind of tagging along with the lessons, as he usually does.
Duck is then teleported back to the house, all by himself. I guess he got home like he wanted to?
then we see the family tree, and then the tree starts taking red's blood? I'm guessing that tree feeds off people's blood to grow. maybe to keep fueling the family? so the tree can keep growing for more space for pictures of dead family members? Maybe there's some form of crowd control trying to pick off the family members to keep them from growing rabid or something. I don't know
red guy then goes insane. a bit later he sees his supposed family, and in the scene, he's just. not being accepted. this seems to be a bit of a recurring theme, with episode 6 of the webseries and the workplace. I might come back to this in a future post.
back to duck guy, we see him talking to some bread. Trying to get in the family I suppose? I think he feels left out by the others frankly. The others are probably out having fun with their new families, and he's here. all alone. with a family meal he can eat by himself, just slowly. I mean I think he's content with his current life with the others. Just him and you and me. He just really wanted to go home, and tried to convince the others to go with him. I think that's a little touching honestly
Back where yellow is, the twins are measuring their height, and invite yellow guy to join them. Even though yellow went along with them earlier in the episode, he's much more reluctant now. He's more nervous and he keeps asking about his friends??? "Weren't- weren't there two others with me earlier???" He just. He just wants to be with his friends??? Even in episode 6 of the webseries, he's begging the lamp to stop singing from the beginning of the episode. In every other episode though, he just. goes along with it? I think he just feels safe around the other two?? He knows that he'll be perfectly fine when he's with the others (although that's not exactly true but you know) and he really trusts the others???
I think there's some form of brainwashing the family is trying though. Ever since the beginning of the episode, they've been strangely inclusive to yellow? and none of the others? as for the reason why they chose him specifically, could it be that he's always been more submissive than the others? have they seen what's been going on in the past? I mean they quite conveniently popped up when seeing the "family sized bag" of chuddle dollops. Or maybe that's just cartoon logic in action. I don't know.
But do you think the other members of the family were also outside people, suddenly brought in and brainwashed? are the only real members of the family the twins?? Were the others unable to escape, and were brainwashed into being part of the family? That'd be interesting.
Then Roy shows up, eats the family (and maybe the chicken?) and yellow finds himself back at the house with the others, and their bag of chuddle dollops. a wonderful scene, honestly.
The two dollops fall out and onto the table, and you can literally SEE how taken aback yellow guy was.
"I guess we could sha-"

So something interesting happened in Aus [Please share if you can and add more if you want.]
instagram
Block the Dock is an organiser of protests and blockades here in mel. to block shipments of military equipment going to the Zio. state, that they got information from someone in the group where there was no identifiable information except names and photos of these high-up people in multiple places that have been targeting anti-zio Jewish People, First Nations People, Palestinian People and much more to get them out of education, booted from their jobs, getting them blacklisted and so on. As well as a METRIC SHIT TON of hateful stuff towards those communities as well as anyone who is practising allyship towards them. SOOOOO what does the media do? oh, uh say that these zios. were targeted and "doxxed" and so on, like no joke. Basically a lot of crying victim after a showcase of how willing the creative industries is to do so.
instagram
And yeah, the government wants "Doxxing" like this to be criminalised because these people are pretty prominent. They were experiencing blowback from their own actions [a LOT of personal details of people they wanted out were shared to the point where many people needed to go into the archive of this chat group and have it censored. This a reminder there's only been ONE person fired due to being a part of this group. ] Also, the media has said "There's no access for this chat anymore" there is. Like straight up. I want to talk about this because actively hateful groups like these folks can have all the protections in the world, while people trying to work towards a better world are punished and hurt for wanting people to stop being hurt. ------ This is all now publically available information and this is just my thoughts on this, as nobody else is talking about it. I do not want to encourage violence or stalking or anything in any way towards anyone here, thats why I haven't given names of anyone. What I want to do is to bring attention to it and give more of a reason to ask people to call up their ministers, schools, workplaces and such about Palestine to educate them and to express your concerns. As well as people being able to react to this information that has been leaked and there's a HEAP of Zios. in the creative industries that have been locking out and intimidating people who disagree with them. I think I phrased this right for all the legal people out there considering the fact there are many people out there that do not know what happened, and there are much more who have been fed another narrative.
instagram
Go and call his staff while you are at it, I'm pretty sure you international people can too. As yeah, this is concerning how willing a colony that says its "really sorry" for all the colonising that's still happening [just "nicer" like the health system and much more] wants to help another colony while it's colonising.
Go and support El Rahman is doing, they're Palestinian mutual aid funders who are trying to give supplies to Aus Palestinians who have recently arrived/need to arrive/need help/extra.
Uh, thanks for reading, I'm not an expert, I'm just a guy who saw all of this and went "holy fuck" because even when there have been actual doxxings of people who are marginalised [including Pro-Palestinian People] where it led to dire consequences including recently... the government does nothing but as soon as this group happens [which again, wasn't anything other than their names being attached to it] they jump in and make it illegal. huh. Like I feel scared to make this considering how much has happened, but I'd rather do this than not because it's my thoughts [that should be "protected" by some form of freedom of speech] and information sprinkled in. Let me know if there's anything that should be added or if there are any points that can be clarified or something. :]

This weekend more than ever felt a disconnect between J2 and Misha and frankly both Misha and his fans can thank themselves for that. Personally I don't give a rats ass if they're friends or not, but based on how Misha talks about them and sets his fans on Jared in particular is insanity. Real friends don't do that.
I try not to let my biases and interpretations cloud my judgement, but it being just a facade to maintain the whole Big Happy SPN Family picture makes so much more sense to me. Because I can't imagine genuinely being friends with anyone who talked about me to other people, in public, the way Misha does about J2. Especially to people who have shown over and over that they're looking for excuses to attack and belittle me.
He knows that they're not going to take those digs about Jared being a horrible person and the dramatic declarations of the pranks being traumatic as jokes. All that shit about wanting to dominate Dean and/or Jensen is just fucking creepy. Like, my first incredibly crass thought about the shippers squeeing over that was, "I hope the skeeviest person in your workplace talks about and treats you exactly like Misha does Jensen."
Even from just a guys-being-guys perspective, I still can't see it as remotely okay, because they're not included in or participating in the joke - they are the joke. And I agree completely, real friends don't do that.
