Adrien has to put effort into his appearance, as a model. Felix can pass for him perfectly in a moment’s notice. That takes preparation. They obviously have the same haircut, just styled different. So Felix, who almost certainly is the only one of them who has a choice how he gets his hair done, has been choosing to get his hair cut to match Adrien’s perfectly. Likely for a long time. Plus, they're probably using the same skincare regimen. He’s chosen to match his model cousin so well that the people who love him the most (Marinette) and the people who scrutinize his image the most (Gabriel and Natalie) can’t tell the difference.
