#tbh im not doing super awesome rn#im really really mad at some girls on my team and neutrally mad at the others#they just don't listen.... we have a culture issue but they won't acknowledge the issue#they just blame it on coaches when the problem is them#no duh things aren't changing! you aren't trying to change!#the point of these meetings was not to force friendship it was to say you aren't being good teammates so be better.#youd think a bunch of adults would be more mature.#i am not a being built for rage though so im super tired rn#sol's cat asks!
