I have recently made big changes in my life for better overall health! I've switched to keto and started drinking ketones 2x daily! Its only been a few weeks but I love the boost of energy daily. Im less moody with my kids after work and have so much more mental focus during the day! I'm not having to write down everything or go back and ask someone what they said.
