    slam. slam. slam. SLAM.

    "Are you really sure you're doing this right?" The blonde-haired male asked the other as their narrowed eyes watched them frantically searching for a certain ingredient. "You know, we could've just got some take out or eat at a fast food joint than do this because honestly, you're pretty bad at this."

   "Shut up!" Edward Elric barked, his head rising up from the bottom drawer in the kitched, "Mind you, Sen, I'm doing this because I'm sick of having to buy food all the time, especially yours! Plus, you never pay me back for some of them!" He then growled at him, continuing to crawl into the drawer to look for the specific thing he needed. He heard Sen sigh from behind him, obviously bored and rather displeased about how things were turning out.

    Edward couldn't blame him. Deep down, may be they should have gone out to eat but of course, with his stubborn personality, Edward refused. Other than having to 'pay' for Sen's food all the time, there was another reason why Edward insisted he had cook something for his friend -- it was because he still felt indebted to him. 

    Kagemiya Sen had saved Edward from a close-death experience. The former State Alchemist had met him after his 'hit-and-run' confrontation with people who were after him and eventually, he was seriously injured from said confrontation. Close to the brink of no return, Sen had found him and of course, tried his best to help Edward recuperate and healed him. Edward had to thank him for that.

    However, Edward wasn't really good at saying 'thanks' and decided to just do some form of 'thanks' through a 'kind' gesture -- which is making some nice, homemade 'grub' for his new found comrade.

    "Found it!" Edward said, holding out the pot victoriously. Sen sarcastically clapped his hands and let out a 'Good job' to the alchemist. With a bright smile on his face, Edward made his way over to the counter top and began to start the ingredients. 

    He was making the delicious vegetable soup for Sen. As Edward had everything set up and he was ready to begin -- Sen spoke.

    "You're missing one more thing," He said to the golden-eyed male. When Edward turned to him, Sen extended out a wooden spoon.

    Edward blinked and took it. Before his lips would utter out a word of 'thanks' --

    "You're welcome." Sen said with a smile and grab out the instructions, "Now let me help you, you're not going to be making this complicated 'soup' recipe on your own."
