A Call From The Goddesses

You woke up in a place of spinning, colored light, with your heart racing, pounding in your ears. Despite the initial shock from the brightness of the domain you've suddenly found yourself in, you quickly noticed that you were surrounded by four incredibly pretty girls on each side of you.

"Eh? Moni, is this the right person?" The girl who asked that was in the southwest end of the semi-square the four made around you. However, with her messier hair, clothes, and cute little bow, she definitely seemed to be the most laid-back of the group.

"I... think so? Ahaha... This was certainly unexpected..." the girl in the southeast direction said, clasping one hand into a pointing position, as though she were attempting to shrug off her nerves from the potential mess-up.

"No, no, I... I don't think this is the right one. Maybe Monika made a mistake?" the one in the direction of northeast said in a more shy, meek tone of voice than her compatriots. That said, she still avoided meeting their eyes...

"Jeez, that's just like you to mess that up, Monika! Start doing better! Gosh, why do we even rely on you for things?" the final girl in the northwest barked, visibly making the brown-haired green-eyed girl flinch from the harshness of her tone.

"Ehehe... That said, are you okay?" the first girl asks, finally addressing you rather than one of her three companions. "Here, let me help you up." She waved a hand, and suddenly, you were lifted to your feet in an upright position. How did she...? "You must have lots of questions, right?"

Birthdate: August 18th, 1992

Birthplace: Saga Prefecture, Japan

Other Work: Mitsumine Mashiro (Mikakunin de Shinkoukei), Metabon (Divine Gate), Adrienne (Brave Beats), Amou Kuruha (Idol Jihen), Kuroyanagi Ruriko (Hinako Note)

The voice behind Hagumi, Yoshida is also known by her nickname of Yukichi (ゆーきち)! She also has an interesting nickname of 「シグマセブンの爆弾」, roughly translating to Bomb of Sigma Seven.

Yoshida first began acting in 2012, and made her premier as a seiyuu only very recently in 2014! Although her voice is very high pitched, it is indeed her real voice.

She likes to visit cafes in her spare time, and has a driver’s license. She can also play piano, and likes to skip.

According to her Instagram, she’s been playing a lot of Splatoon 2 recently!

"Hinako Note" Prepares to Punch Ogres with Special Event Visual

TV anime Hinako Note is holding a pair of special stage performances at the Japan Education Center's Hitotsubashi Hall venue in Tokyo on October 08, 2017, and now a new key visual has been released for the event that features the main cast dressed as characters from the classic Japanese fairy tale, Momotaro.

The event will feature two performances (one at 2PM, the other at 5:30PM) in which the six main voice actresses perform the legend of Momotaro in-character as the Hitotose Theater Troupe. The cast for the special stage event includes:

M・A・O as Hinako Sakuragi.

Miyu Tomita as Kuina Natsukawa.

Yui Ogura as Mayuki Hiiragi.

Hisako Tojo as Chiaki Hagino.

Marika Kōno as Yua Nakajima.

And Yuri Yoshida as Ruriko Kuroyanagi.

Tickets to the special event cost 6700 yen ($59.33 US) plus tax.

The original Hinako Note manga by is Mitsuki is serialized in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Cune seinen manga magazine. The Hinako Note TV anime is directed by Takeo Takahashi and Toru Kitahata and features animation by Passione. Crunchyroll describes Hinako Note as follows:

Sakuragi Hinako has a hard time talking with others. In order to get over her paralyzing shyness, Hinako leaves her home in the country because she ends up starting school at the high school that has the drama club that she admires and ends up staying at Hitotose-sou. There, she meets Kuina, who loves books and to eat, Mayuki, who’s a bit older but smaller who’s good at cooking, and the quiet landlady with the hot body, Chiaki-san. A cute and fun drama comedy about the former girl who was paralyzed from shyness.

"Hinako Note" Anime Previews Arrives In Time For Hinamatsuri

In Japan, March 3rd is Hinamatsuri, or Doll Festival, a tradition in which dolls are dressed up in the attire of the Heian period imperial court and displayed on a tiered, red carpeted platform. With the anime adapation of TV anime adaptation of Mitsuki's four-panel comedy manga Hinako Note coming April 7th, the series celebrated with a holiday visual, then a second preview.

The manga is now serialized in Kadokawa's Comic Cune and two tankobon volumes have been released. The story centers on Hinako, who comes to Tokyo in order to overcome her social phobia by entering the theatrical club at Fujimiya High. However, the club has been closed. She somehow starts her new life with other unique residents at her apartments.
