Looks of great looks going on in episode 5. She even dresses up for a date. Wish I got enough look at that outfit. Noticed that she had a beeper/pager, still no cell phone lol . First time we see her she's wearing a bright pink blouse. AMAZING and later a causal outfit while hanging with her sister, very cute. There was this loose red pant suit near the end which had an amazing silhouette and to top the episode off she shows up to the office in a red plaid suit . omg her suits might been boring to some and very business but they are in fact VERY out there and fashionable, espically in context. And like I mentioned in the episode 4 post, she tends to wear the more simple suits while working hard in the flied but really dress it up when at home or at leasuire. LOVE IT

simple figure/fashion study of Dana from xfiles Episode 0/1 features a plaid jacket over a plain undershirt, paired with baggy pants or pencil skirt. There is also a gray jacket as well. Bonus lounging in the dark face So yeah, I'm going to watch an episode each day and draw Dana because lets face it her outfits are BANGING If you don't realize how fashionable she is you're missing out on great 90s suit designs

I had ZERO drawings for episode 8 because they were in the artic playing out their own version of The Thing and Scully only wore a large poofy coat and her causal clothes (not to say she doens't look good in her casual button up and pony tail, but there were no "fashionable" poses in them to draw)

Episode 9 didn't fair much either. Just this one. But I'm always happy when I can draw her real legs instead of having to guess at them. Interesting pair to the striped olive jacket with a navy skirt.

Not many clear shots of her outfit in this episode, and she didn't get much screen time in general since it focused more on Mulder and his ex partner. We did get to see her walk around with no shoes on in her suit :D . But even though I only managed to get ONE drawing out of it I treasure it like GOLD because for once I got a CLEAR FULL shot of her IN FULL LIGHTING/DAYLIGHT and OMG look at those CUTE calves and feet! To be fair I kinda guess her feet most of the time in these drawings but the real thing is soooo much better then what I figured. . The suit itself is also very cute. It's a much deeper red then the last red suit and also framed the neckline with a black blouse. the top part of the collar is black which is a feature I like. There was another suit in an earlier episode that also had this half black collar but I wasn't able to get a good look at that outfit. It was much "cuter" and elegant compared to the way it's used in this suit where it works more to contrast (the other suit was brown and I think had a plaid pattern or something on it). . So yeah, only one drawing but I love it

I was starting to get a little worried since this episode started out with just Mulder and he spent like 13 minutes running around the woods before Scully showed up. And then she graced us with the first appearance of her baggy over sized trench coat YaaaSSESS

I love the rectangular shiluette the coat gives her. In general it was just hiding the boring brown suit. lol

Then at the end during the scene of the hearing we get her all dolled up in a form fitting black suit. But it's not just the suit that looks great but the way they shot her in the scene. PERFECT

.

Sadly I got NOTHING out of episode 11. Design and shape wise there wasn't really anything going on. Scully once again wore a trench coat and in the end wore a marroon coat paired with a purple suit/shirt. At the same time the the little girls wore these creepy red outfits (also suits/jackets with big shoulders lol) but I couldn't really get a good look at them. In general it would have been dependant on the color not the drawing

But episode 11 brought us THE CELL PHONE ! and steady cam running around in circles XD Not only did this director like color but also lots of dynamic movement. (like most TV shows, each episode has a different director, although most work on more than one episode. However in the X files they don't really try to hide the differences in style. Same with the writers/story.) Sadly this is the ONLY episode this director does for this show, so I don't think I will see this style again, that's heavy on color and movement. I do love that diner scene. Unless it's the filmtographer doing that.

Realistic Gudetama

Again, she wears a few nice suits but never get a good look at them. I do notice that when she goes out to the flied she wears the not so fancy ones, like that boring brown suit/skirt lol

Won a design contest on highrise and had my items turned into in game items.

This episode really upset me because Scully wore MANY great outfits and I couldn't get a clear shot of any of them except this really boring brown pant suit eep . but I did manage to snag this classic one of her with a gun. Such a big baggy jacket lol . The other FBI character threw me off with his crazy tie. I was like.. "I bet every time he shows up he has a different crazy tie." Yep. So I had to draw the ties lol . Scully still doesn't have her iconic cellphone yet and I got to match the shot of them entering the room to the one used in the opening credits. I've always wondered where they pulled that from. Or maybe I forgot Xd . And of course we get that awesome quote: "Whose side are you on?" "THE VICTIM" oooooo . over all I think she had a bit more of a danity girly retro sort of look to her here. . Oh ... and because I lacked so much scully, I also drew a random extra. Man I miss these lumpy 90s fashion

Oh boy was this one fun. Our victim here had lots of cute casual outfits and I did NOT expect this dress to come out as amazing as it did! I used marker for the purple and green flowers then copic brush to fill in the black spaces and a white pencil to add the dots. Amazing. . Only managed to get a clear shot of a pretty basic suit on Scully BUT you can really admire the shape of it with these poses. I really like the pants since her legs can end up looking stubby when she wears a skirt. She would look better in either a mini or a long, the knee length just doesn't work for smole girls like her lol . But then randomly in the end we get this lovely bright red suit which she enhances the deep V of the neck by framing it with a white blouse. So cute.

I was getting kinda upset because I didn't get any good full body shots of her in episode 2 but I think the medium shots still exemplify the hard and round shapes of her suits. .. At first I thought he hair was cut shorter since the pilot but it looks like they just did it up more with lots of fancy curling. In fact, her look is a bit more fancy in general compared to the pilot but she still retains a little but of a loose casual aspect. .. I also notice they like to place her on the left side of the screen so that the angle of her face compliments the angle of her hair when she leans her head forward. Her look is a constant confliction of straight square lines and diagonals. ... My favorite part of her outfits this episode was the ribbed knitted tshirt she wore under the jacket. You see it best at the very send when she's typing without the jacket on. Them is comfy fabric. .. I also did some bonus drawings. One is a fashion drawing of the character Verla McLennen played by Sheila Moore, who was sporting a very colorful "house wife" look. I love when older women look so nice! .. I also drew a car  because it had a nice silloute . Oh chunky 90s cars. On the subject of the 90s, This episode featured Seth Green. Yum .. There was also this interesting bit where Dana is trying to get in contact with DC and the motel phones are down and I guess she didn't get her cell phone yet lol I wonder when it will show up .. Also bonus ugly Fox cry face .. Man I forgot how much I love drawing people. Just... people
