still bugged by the fact that in aoc hyrule knew the calamity would happen on zelda’s birthday and would hit the castle and neither evacuated the town/castle or had zelda journey to mount lanayru and so she could make her final attempt at unlocking her powers before the calamity struck

like imagine travelling back in time to warn people that the world is going to end on a specific day and the night before a meteor hits they’re making plans for brunch at the site of impact

#botw #legend of zelda #age of calamity #hw:aoc #like it does make for a great level of the game but it just strikes me as way too irresponsible #zelda will fight for hyrule in everyway she can except for camping i guess #move over termina there’s a new terrible emergency response government in town #new headcanon that the malice!terrako is from an abandoned third timeline where nobody listened to him and the exact same events of botw #played out but with him beeping urgently in the background. and when the calamity hit and link died and terrako followed zelda to the #castle he got infected w the malice and was like ‘okay they want a reason to act? i’ll GIVE them a reason to act’ and went back in time #to be evil to spur everyone to actually do something. and even Then the response isn’t effective enough #bc where does the malice!terrako come from anyway????#like og!terrako is from the botw!timeline and comes back and gets corrupted and destroyed at the end. and second!terrako which comes to #help and is rebuilt is from the box. but where does third terrako aka malice!terrako come from?
