Zoho CRM Implementation
If you are planning to take a more advanced step towards empowering all your sales processes by implementing Zoho CRM, then you are in the right place.
Every business process must have a well-regulated powerful sales tool that will make the entire work process easy and systematic. After all, 40% of the salespeople believe that the prospecting aspect of sales is the most difficult part. All the more because the data obtained for sales can get really messed-up if not organised properly.
So, to monitor and accomplish the entire sales process you need to have the right tools. Along with the tools, you also must have the knowledge that will equip you to handle the tools better.
Hence, in this article, I will talk more about Zoho CRM and some implementation tips to keep in mind before engaging. I will also share some case-studies that will give you better clarity about the CRM tool.
Zoho CRM: About
With Zoho CRM Implementation  you will get the power to convert the leads, engage with customers, and grow your revenue. It is a cloud-based CRM software for everything around sales. Right from tracking, monitoring and nurturing leads, to qualifying and maintaining rapport with them. With Zoho CRM you can also get all your communications with clients automated.
If you think that you have a small business? Then do not worry!
Zoho CRM deals with all kinds and sizes of businesses. The systems are adjustable and customizable as well to suit your business requirements.
So, if you have decided to opt for Zoho CRM for expanding and growing your business, then let me share 10 tips that will help you make full utilization of this application.
Zoho CRM: 3 Tips for a successful Implementation
It must be really exciting to venture into  the CRM implementation. Firstly because you learn and earn a new skill. Secondly, you get a sense of a new beginning and a fresh start that encourages you to open new avenues.
But, to really delve into the wider horizons of the CRM  we must have a thorough knowledge of it.
1.Identify the Pain Points
There is always a reason behind any system use. So, before starting with Zoho CRM, ask yourself about the main problems that you want to address through this implementation. Let me give you an example.
Suppose your website is generating many leads, which are all landing up in your mailbox. Now, you have to identify the potential ones and make a database. But, then again for a human, it is not completely possible to pick-out the potential ones from a humongous list of leads. The manual sorting out process finally brings inconsistencies, affecting the overall business processes.
This is where Zoho CRM is extremely useful, as the system helps you store all your leads in one single place with the flexibility to slice and dice the data as needed.
So, think about the areas that Zoho CRM can help you function better. This attempt of understanding the pain-staking areas within the sales-cycle will guide you to implement the system better.
2.Identify Your Aspiration
The second reason behind the implementation is your aspirations regarding the business. Identifying your aspirations and targets that you want to achieve, will help you make the right decisions.
Think about it!
What do you plan to achieve by the set time? Do you aim to get a doubled customer base? Or do you want to get more returns from your business investment? Or you plan to expand your business and access new areas?
Yes, it is important to think about your goals and the way you want to see your business. This vision will empower you to plan your sales processes, giving you a better direction towards operating Zoho CRM.
3.Plan What You Need Within the CRM
This is an interesting stage as by now you have already identified the pain-points and the aspirations for your business.
63% of the CRM failure rates are due to the lack of knowledge of how to implement the system. So, you need to have a clear knowledge of your needs and the CRM system. Once you are clear about your requirements, and ready with a plan, you can now work on the tools required within the CRM system.
Let me give you an example. When leads are tracked manually, it consumes a lot of time. Also, the data are not organized and confuses the other interlinked work processes. In such a case, you need the tools in the CRM that will wrap-up the work quickly and present a systematic work-flow of data. You are then in the position to implement and act upon those tools that will address the above-mentioned points.

Benefits of choosing Zoho as your CRM:
Zoho is the best CRM for SMBs because it's designed keeping in mind the requirements of the businesses. Here are some of the top benefits of Zoho and why we think it's the best CRM for small and medium businesses.

In addition, there are no hidden fees here. The company offers a free 30-day trial so you can tryout its features before committing to anything. During this time, Zoho CRM will give you full access to all of its features and even provide support if needed and if you decide to continue using their software after the trial period, then your credit card will be charged only for the next month's service fee.
Customizable and user-friendly interface: The Zoho CRM is the best choice for small and medium businesses because it offers a user-friendly interface. It's easy to use, intuitive, and customizable. The user interface of the Zoho CRM has been designed by experts with focus on simplicity in mind. You will not find any complicated features or complicated steps required for setting up your account; instead, all you need is your email address and password! So if you're new to this platform, don't worry about learning how it works, you can get started right away without any hassle at all! The best feature of Zoho CRM is its simplicity. Also, this platform is free from any advertisements or pop-ups, which means you'll never get interrupted while working on your projects.
A good tool to manage lead information: Zoho CRM is a cloud-based solution that allows you to manage your customer data, leads and relationships in one place. Leads can be used to track customer activity, performance and satisfaction so that you have a better idea of what people want from your products or services. Lead information can also be used for creating marketing campaigns that target specific customers based on their needs and wants. Zoho CRM allows you to create a database of leads and connect them with customers. It also gives you the ability to manage your customer’s information, such as contact details, purchase history and preferences.
Excellent team collaboration: Zoho CRM is a great tool for collaboration as it makes it easy to share information and track progress, as well as assign tasks to team members. You can also set up workflows for each task so that you know who is doing what and when they need feedback from you or others in the company. If you have multiple people working on different projects within your business—for example, if one person does marketing while another handles sales—you'll appreciate how easy it is in Zoho CRM to keep track of what's happening with both departments at once! You can also set reminders, these are especially useful if someone has been busy with other tasks while another person was supposed to be completing theirs (or vice versa). Zoho CRM is easy to set up and use, so you don't have to worry about training your employees on it.
Built-in phone system and email integration: Zoho CRM has built-in phone system and email integration. This means that you can answer calls from your customers directly in the app, without having to leave the application. If someone calls you, they will be able to speak with a live person who can handle any issues they might have without having to leave their emails or other business apps open on their computer screen. This is especially useful if you're running a call center and need help from one person always during the day. It's also helpful if there are multiple people working together on different tasks at once, as this allows everyone access even when someone isn't available immediately due to another call coming through (which happens often!).
Easy Integrations: Zoho CRM is a full-featured customer relationship management solution that allows you to manage your sales, support and service teams. It’s a great choice for small and medium businesses because it provides a complete customer relationship management solution for sales, support, service, inventory and stock management. Zoho CRM also integrates with all other productivity apps on your computer—including Microsoft Outlook and Google Apps—so you can use one place for all of your communications and collaborate more effectively with team members around the world. Zoho CRM is the best choice for small businesses, accounting firms and law firms who want to streamline their sales, marketing and customer support processes. It’s easy to use, has a friendly interface and is designed with a focus on making your life easier.
Data Security: Zoho CRM is designed with security in mind. All data stored on your Zoho account is encrypted with AES 256-bit encryption and SSL certificates, ensuring that your information remains safe from prying eyes. Additionally, two-factor authentication (2FA) prevents unauthorized access to your account by requiring a second factor of identification before anyone can log into it. This ensures that no one will be able to login without knowing both their password and another form factor like an SMS code sent via text message or email address verification codes provided at registration time.
Zoho CRM is a perfect tool for small and medium businesses any business. It’s easy to use and can integrate with other systems so you don’t have to worry about losing data. You can also customize your forms as much or as little as needed, which makes using Zoho CRM an even better choice! Zoho CRM is one of the best tools for managing your sales and marketing campaigns. The steps in our Zoho CRM Implementation Checklist are:
Onboarding Users and Configuring User Permissions

Basic Automation
Reporting
Onboarding Users and Configuring User Permissions in Zoho CRM
The very first thing we’ll be covering in our Zoho CRM implementation checklist is setting up the first users. A user which more often than not will be an employee is someone that has direct access to the system via a username and password. Permission will control what data they have access to and which features they can use. Permissions are split into two sections including Roles and Profiles. Simply put, Roles control what data users can see and Profiles control what they are allowed to do. Roles are based on your company’s hierarchy. You can add users into their corresponding roles and define who they report to. The top-level role will have access to all the roles below them. The role below that will only have access to the data of the roles below them.
