Millets support bone density and are ideal for children, the elderly, and individuals with bone health concerns.

milk does a body good (includes enigmatic space)
Morning of December 1, 2020. Tuesday.
Dream #: 19,706. Reading time (optimized): 2 min 45 sec.

My dream integrates my liminal awareness of being asleep as my imaginary dream self being on a bed. It seems to have the essence and placement (regarding room layout) of our bed in waking life, but my waking-life identity is not viable. Additionally, there is more of a science-fiction narrative than waking-life connectivity. It may be late morning. (There seems to be no instinctual or liminal awareness of either sleep atonia or vestibular ambiguity in this dream.)
There are food-related items on the bed, including four cartons of Zymil lactose-free milk (the only features I specifically focus on to know what they are), though three are empty. The unusual narrative is that there are now people whose bodies store energy differently, implying superhero dynamics on one level. I am like that now, as is an unknown young girl with dark hair who comes into the room, yet I feel she is unaware of this new factor. Even so, she wants to drink a carton of milk. I am aware of having drunk two (though not as activities in my dream's timeline).
As she sits on the bed looking for a full carton and picking up the three empty ones, one at a time, I hand her the one full carton remaining from my side. She had supposedly already drunk one earlier (according to my dream's implied backstory). There is a vague impression that I should have left another one for her, but it does not matter. I think about how anything consumed will now give far more energy, as stored in the new body design.
After waking, I noticed an empty carton of Zymil lactose-free milk on the corner of the kitchen counter, directly across from my computer. (I did not ask who put it there, but I had not seen one there previously. My oldest daughter drinks it.) This event confirms an enigmatic event, though I am not 100% sure of the mechanism in this instance. I know telepathy (for lack of a better word) when awake always results in the same physiological response (including the blue flame effect in my left field of vision). In contrast, I have had dreams where I could see where things were before waking. (This factor is not the same as pure dream space, where features exist to prevent waking-life associations.)
For example, years ago, there was a wind that blew several items from a porch in La Crosse. In my dream (with enigmatic space), I saw their exact appearance and location, validated after waking. I wonder if this would have required communication with a waking mind of someone walking by the house while I was sleeping. However, there have been instances where this explanation is not plausible (as when Zsuzsanna's unique voice and essence, before I ever met her, informed me of the arrival and exact orientation of a burst-open package of books in the King Street mansion's foyer while I was still a block away but walking there in real life). The main differences include when I dreamt of the roof coming off our house (and several other valid details that followed) before it occurred, in addition to the disappearance of the Malaysian flight. The eruption of Mount Pinatubo, I also dreamt of specifically before it happened in 1991. When I sent a story that included this event, as well as others before they happened, the recipient could not come to terms with it and asked if I was sure I had sent it to them before the events, despite the postmark validating that I had. (Inclusive of pure dream content causation by way of the phase responses of REM sleep, something I have understood and validated 100% since childhood, I have never seen much evidence of humanity understanding dreams.) In contrast, my sole John Belushi dream, where he informed me he was dying (in real time), was a transpersonal exchange, not necessarily with John Belushi (as I was not even a fan). There has always been the transpersonal connection with Zsuzsanna, who, if I had not focused on dream content early in life, would never have validated as my twin flame.
