Was looking through my notes and I found one from years ago when I came up with a TMNT 03/Tomb Raider crossover lmao

-Donatello was messing around on his computer, trying to see if he could find a way to look into alternate universes. Well it worked, because next thing he knows, he's helping the famous Lara Croft search for the 3 pieces of the Scion. Based off of TR:A.

okay so i started playing minecraft again and i was really at a loss for what to do in my survival game because i'd pretty much made all the stuff I wanted but then i got it in my head that I wanted a hedge maze in my world, so as per usual I go into a new creative world to test out designs and THEN I thought to myself "what if I made the hedge maze from Croft Manor, specifically the tomb raider anniversary one?" and then i looked up the map for the fucking maze, made the whole maze in 2 fucking days, was unimpressed by the entrance and now another day later i've decided i'm making the entirety of TR:A's croft manor and i've somehow realised i actually am good at making stuff in minecraft

I can't decide which tr to play, underworld, legend or anniversary, do you have a favorite?

ahhh my favorite among these 3 is definitely legend! it’s mood is light, like the game doesn’t take itself too serious, you know? it has a lot of cliches, but it’s dynamic and fun and lara’s wit and humour are on point there :’) also zip’s and alister’s banter is my favorite, some people don’t like that, but i loved it, it was nice to have this constant presence and commentary of theirs. and also the croft manor! although i prefer more the one in tr:a more, but mainly because the setting is at night in anniversary and you have an access to the garden and there’s much less tech stuff there so it’s feels more cozy. the puzzles are not hard in legend compared to anniversary and i’d say even underworld’s aren’t hard compared to anniversary either. so i’d say pick legend :’) and after you can go (if you want) in the order as they were out: the second one is anni and underworld is the last. 

edit: i forgot to add that the ost in legend is just magical, troels brun folmann did an outstanding job with the music; also the other thing is lara’s acrobatics! her acrobatics peaked in legend out of ALL tomb raider games imo

In the Peru levels, in the tomb of Qualopec when you are on the pole and are trying to release the second gate, instead of doing all the acrobatics, just jump to the switch (remember this is the 1st upper pole).

Attacking Raptors Safely In Lost Valley

When you slide down the slope and the raptorscharge at you, ready to attack, there is a rockwhere they cannot get you. As soon as you enterthe valley, jump on the rock to your left. Youwill be able to shoot them, and they will not beable to attack you.

Better Jumps

When jumping up stairs, pull out your gun(s), butdo not shoot. Hop forward, and you will glidesmoothly up the stairs.

Easy Croft Manor Maze

You must go through a maze at Croft Manor tocollect Artifacts. The easiest way to go throughthe maze is to stick to the walls. By doing this,the camera will move to a view on top of Lara, andyou can actually see what is on the other side ofwalls.

Turing Gold

In Mida’s Palace, step onto Mida’s hand (which youuse to turn the silver blocks into gold), and staythere for a short period of time to be turn intosolid gold.

Saving Medipaks

If Lara is low on health and do not want to use aMedipak, wait until you get to a checkpoint. Then,save the game and load it. This will take you backto where you just were with a full health bar.This is useful as it saves Medipaks which you needlater in the game. Alternately, if Lara is low onhealth and you do get to a checkpoint, kill Lara(for example, jump off a high ledge). This willalso take you back to the previous checkpoint witha full health bar.
