what a shitty day today is

first i accidentally posted a personal chat to our department group chat

then my cup noodle spilled when i was trying to drain the water. and im left with no noodle to eat for dinner

Whenever I'm sad, every single thing that unrelated to it also make me sad as I relate it to my emotional state. Does it make any sense?
