Born in 1988 to Bruce Wayne and a woman known mononymously as Z. Z drops her off at Bruce's door at the age of 3, in 1991, two years after he adopted Dick (in 1989). Younger than all Batfam members save Damian.

In 2023, she and her husband died after a year-long war with the Time Trapper/Superboy Prime/the Time Trapper's army. Their conscious's were sent back in time to 2002, 20 years before the war began, and they worked to change the future deaths of their family members. In this world, Eliza stayed a civilian but became known as Seer within the community because she would "predict" things in order to avoid them. She prevents the deaths of almost everyone in her family and by 2016 she [28] is a teacher at Smallville High, has been married (slightly illegally) to Kon [29] for 12 years (longer including pre-time travel), and is raising adopted daughter Carrie [19] and bio kids Maisie [11], Laurel [8], C.J. [8], and Kate/Liz [1] (depending on who is referring to her). The only time she as Seer has been incorrect with a "prediction" was when her mother, this time, did not end up fighting the Teen Titans and the JL.
