I found a little evidence that Elain won't be staying at Night Court.

In the scene above, Feyre says she sees the smiles on Elain's face on her own face. These smiles on Feyre's face were when she was at Spring Court. Feyre brought these smiles to everyone in Spring Court when Under the Mountain returned. Feyre is no longer at Spring Court. He found his own home, his own family, that is, Night Court.

Elain smiles just like Feyre. He offers these smiles to Feyre's family. Like Feyre, Elain will find her own family and home.

And Elain says Night Court is her home. How many times has Feyre said that Spring Court is her home?

Yes, Feyre said that. But we learned that Feyre's home is Night Court, not Spring Court.

Like her sisters Nesta and Feyre, Elain will find her true friends, family and home.
