christmas is talia's favorite time of year, even though she's pagan, because of all the family and friends that fill their house. laura is also a big fan of all the attention.

they fill albums upon albums with pictures of a baby laura. there is no doubt that she is loved and happy and healthy.

third trimester: the home stretch. emphasis on stretch.

second trimester. they learn laura's a girl. talia's husband is thrilled beyond all measure that he gets to have a little girl.

trimester one with laura. they find out about the existence of laura pretty soon after they get back from their honeymoon and talia is ecstatic.

they honeymooned in scotland and talia loved the countryside.

talia and her husband get married in a small courthouse ceremony in italy with his family present. they have their reception at the family restaurant with all of their friends (mostly restaurant staff and mostly his family) and they snap a ton of unprofessional pictures and stay up all night laughing and talking and dancing and singing. eventually, talia and her husband are the last two standing and he takes her to his old room and they do what married people do.
