What a fun way to start off the new year volunteer baking for @forgoodnesscakesabq !!! This cake was requested for a one year old boy, Rojelio, who is turning one and loved balloons! And you know we can't have a first birthday without a smash cupcake, so I made him his own little 1st birthday cupcake! I found this fun balloon garland and thought it would be fun to add to this cake and used an edible image to creat balloon words! For those who don't know, For Goodness Cakes is a local non-profit that helps get birthday and graduation cakes to youth in the ABQ community facing adversities. 𝕄𝕒𝕣𝕤𝕙𝕞𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕠𝕨𝕤!!! I love marshmallows! They are so fun to make and are a blank canvas! We've been taking a break from markets and events, but that doesn't mean I'm not creating. I'm taste testing new flavors and methods to make marshmallows!!!! Today I tested key lime pie and blueberry cobbler! Also, vanilla dipped in chocolate as pops and vanilla and strawberry hearts dipped in chocolate!!! Definitely enjoy making these and I know I have a good amount of marshmallow lovers!
