Today is Sasaki Yoshihide’s 30th Birthday! And here is my little present for his fans. First song from Tokyo Ghoul stage play with English subs. I want to thank: @mandilo for sharing this beautiful stage and giving permission to use it @jermy613 for proofread, assistance with Japanese part English translation and timing: @tanka34 It’s my first translation from Japanese to English, maybe it isn’t absolutely correct, but I hope you’ll enjoy it!

Please don’t send any spoiler pictures to Yana

I think it’s just common sense but sadly, some people seem to lack it, so here’s a PSA (please read & spread this):

Do NOT send any pictures of the latest chapter to Yana’s twitter account.

Apparently, she had to delete one of her recent tweets because a foreign fan replied to it with spoiler pictures. Thus, the chapter got totally spoilt for a lot of fans who accidentally saw that tweet :(

Seriously, everyone’s pissed off (I had already seen the pictures on tumblr but I’m still pissed off too because it was a very important tweet in which Yana wrote her thoughts on the latest chapter), so please think a little before sending any messages to Yana.

Also, several people have sent text spoilers to her before the official release date (replies like “I can’t believe Agni is ****!”).

You can share spoilers all you want, but do it within your circle of friends. Don’t share them on the creator’s twitter account which everyone, including people who haven’t read the chapter yet, can see.

Tl;dr:

- The official release date of the new chapter is the 18th

- DO NOT SHARE TEXT SPOILERS ON YANA’S TWITTER ACCOUNT BEFORE THAT DATE

- NEVER SHARE SPOILER PICTURES ON YANA’S TWITTER ACCOUNT (*strictly speaking it’s illegal in Japan)

If you see bad-mannered people who do this, then please tell them to delete their posts immediately. Otherwise, it’s Yana who will have to delete her post :(

I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED THE SUBS! It was a long path but they are finished! And just in time for christmas too.

I am so happy right now haha

This is the first time I have ever really subbed something so there might be mistranslations or the phrases don’t seem right. If you spot anything like that please tell me and I will update them with the correct version. 

I have run the entire subs through spell checker so there should be no spelling mistakes (hopefully haha)

I also had the wonderful help of tanka34 as my proofreader and was very very very grateful for so thank you so very much for helping me! I couldn’t be more grateful haha

Yuri on Ice in reality

Okay, some my thoughts after watching two episodes of Yuri on Ice.  Yakov, the coach of Viktor and Yuri, for me looks like Alexei Mishin, who was the coach of two our (I mean Russian) great Olympic Champions - Alexei Yagudin and Evgeni Plushenko. 

They shared the same coach as Viktor and Yuri do. Alexei Mishin lives in Saint-Petersburg, and, as long as I live here too, I can show you that Viktor was in Saint-P in the beginning of the 2nd episode.

In the beginning of the 2nd episode you can see Petrovsky Stadium :

And also the airport

It is Pulkovo Airport - an international airport serving Saint Petersburg, Russia.

And some thoughts about Yuri Plisetsky and Russian red haired girl. Some people think that Yuri Plisetsky’s prototype is Yulia Lipnitskaya, and maybe thay are right. But I have some ideas about his name. Name Yuri is one of the most well-known Russian names because of Yuri Gagarin who was a Russian Soviet pilot and cosmonaut. He was the first human to journey into outer space. And also I suggest that his surname originated from Maya Plisetskaya who was famed Russian ballerina.  And the red haired girl for me looks like Irina Slutskaya

I think both songs are totally possible. 

Again, my proposed song list was based on the game story and the songs they played in the process. The sequel story is MUCH shorter than the original one so I would not be surprised at all if they added scenes to fill it up, which means there would be new opportunities for other unsung songs to join the line-up /w\
