Today was a good day for my fitness ^_^

This weekend was much needed.

It was so great to see friends I hadn't seen in over a year, meet new friends, and spend time with the same friends I always do. I am very happy. I needed this. I missed these people. I've missed being able to do things and go out and not stress "well do I do this or do I have money for bills?" No more wondering. No more stress. I'm so grateful for my job and I can easily see myself doing it for the rest of my life. Or at least until I'm able to finish my last year of nursing school and then move onto something with children. Be it NICU, L&D, or maybe working in the children's ward for kids on chemo. I don't know, but the future is mine to grab and making a difference in the lives of others is what I love. It's my final goal to work with children, but it's my dream to help make sick people better, even if it's just by making their lives a little easier. And I'm doing that. It's a good feeling. This weekend helped me relax and reset myself for the week ahead and I am a very happy and fortunate woman.

This is what an under slept, partially drowned, but otherwise happy fairy princess looks like. What an amazing weekend. Totally worth the lack of sleep and even the rain couldn't ruin it. 👑

All this cheesy fault in our stars merchandise I'm seeing is just...Ugh. They're totally going to botch another good book with another crap movie and we're gonna be seeing all the wanna be cool kids donning this crap. Oh if only movies were like the books. Side note, I still can't find my copy of that book. -_- pretty sure my parents house swallowed it.

No matter what your job is, make sure you do it. This is ESPECIALLY important if you work with patients. When I come in and there's blood all over the bed because you didn't know how to deal with a bedsore and messed up, there's a problem..and if you don't know how to do it, call someone and ask instead of having your patient suffer. People never fail to amaze me.

Hello, my old friend. It was so nice to get reacquainted with you again. 2.37 miles tonight! It was rough on my leg at first but after going for a bit and finding the right incline I was right as rain. Feels so good to be back.
