What do you think of composite moon opposite Pluto?
Composite Moon Opposite Pluto
Oh man…Okay, I’m going to keep it a buck with you here.
Keywords: Conflicting emotions, intensity, manipulation, Addiction, Obsession, Emotional control issues
All of these can surface very easily with this aspect. Since it’s the composite chart which is the relationship itself [Davison or Midpoint]. Both parties will be feeling these emotions on a frequent and daily basis. The moon is blended feelings an attachment, and Pluto is the attachment of not wanting to be abandoned. Deep desires. Occurring in opposition, it is one of the most emotional and intense passionate interplays that we can see in compatibility. We are seeing the extremes of attachment and of feelings really driving the relationship. You two will undoubtedly have a deep effect on each other. The ways in which the both of you deal with each other can be subtly manipulative. The potential for being hurt will keep you two acting out emotions that can subtly undermine each other. Hence, emotional manipulation. As bad as this sounds, it’s because both people feel deeply for each other. The love/emotion the two you feel will cause each other to see these acts as justified. The reason is both people are needful of each other and you need the other person to respond the way we want them to. You won’t admit it though. So the two of you will run circles around each other with your tactics. Again, this will flip back and for since the composite is the relationship as a whole. However, I have to mention that the person who has more plutonic influence or even a moon/pluto aspect in their own birth char may play it a bit more since they are prone to it natally. With composites, you have to put your Sherlock hat on and trace it back to the natal or the synastry. But it’s always traceable.Extremely emotionally involved. Subtle pervasive and obsessive tendencies with each other can pervade here. You might even feel trapped in the intensity of this aspect. There is this addiction to each other and it can/will feel all-consuming. There is this theme of need here. You’ll want to be with each other but there is a danger of co-dependency.  Some of the most intense/dramatic/heart-wrenching ‘relationships can be characterized by this placement. The both of you can/will be OBSESSED with each other. I’m talking needing to know where/why/ what/ and who the other was doing/what they were doing and when. There may be times where your words can cut each other to the core. Plenty of tears might be shed. If not carefully managed, emotional trauma might be the result of this interplay. However, I’m still dealing with some of the trauma from the relationship. Believe it or not, there are some positives. Deep connection, however. You may even feel psychically drawn or attached to each other. May instinctually know what the other is thinking/feeling. Since this interplay indicates intense involvement with each other, and the attachment runs deep this can tie into the sex as well. Sexually, you feel a magnetic sexual and emotional attraction to each other. You’ll bring out subconscious emotional responses that border on the psychic. This can be managed with the right amount of awareness and maturity. But be very careful so as to not sink into the depths with this one. It can feel/be all-consuming.

Astrology notes/observations pt.1
I usually like to create more structured and elaborate posts but it’s also fun to share “random” observations. I hope you enjoy!
· People with planets square Saturn often complain of not having enough “time”, of working too much, of never getting to have any fun, of being stuck in the “rat race”.
· People with planets conjunct Saturn simply take on a more stoic/practical attitude and tend to not complain as much… the burden of life is so much part of who they are that they’ve accepted it. Someone I knew with moon conjunct Saturn always used to say that they felt “old” (even at a very young age).
· People with Saturn conjunct Venus tend to only spend money on necessities. They hold onto their resources and are very cautious to spend “too much” when it’s not “necessary”. They rarely “have time” to do things for pleasure. They are very aware of the value of time and tend to take care to spend it wisely. They often want to accomplish something that can be recognized as valuable by society. To an extent, this applies to all Saturn-Venus contacts.
· People with Saturn conjunct Sun like to prove themselves through their efforts. Sooner or later they’re going to discover that they won’t be satisfied by external approval and have to build inner confidence instead. They feel like they have to prove their importance as individuals by “achieving things”.
· People with Saturn opposite Sun work the same way as the conjunction, they have to “achieve things” that mark their importance but they are not living with the same constant pressure as those with the conjunction – they are more concerned about what others think than if they are “satisfied with their own work”. It might be more difficult to build integrity with the opposition than with the conjunction for this reason.
· People with Capricorn placements care a lot about their reputation or their “public image”. If you want to hurt a Capricorn, confront them in public with their mistakes and bad behavior. Be careful though, you don’t want to mess with these people.
· People with Neptune in the 6th house might feel like their daily lives are happening outside of reality, like they’re looking at life from inside of a bubble. Nothing seems ultimately real. They like to take the day as it comes, going with the flow, not pushing or fighting things if they don’t work out. This is why this placement is said to be prone to martyrdom/victimization and “taking on too much” in the work place. Neptune has no boundaries. Ideally, they should work with something that allows them to be attuned to more subtle levels of existence. They’re very sensitive to discord and should be allowed to become absorbed in their own creative inner landscape. Chances are that they’re not going to do well in harsh and stressful environments.
· Neptune/Pisces dominant people tend to love fantasy novels/movies.
· Neptune/Pisces dominant people can love everyone. They don’t have the heart to hate on people. Though I have to say that this “love” can express itself in strange ways. It’s the Neptune/Pisces dominant person who would rather mercifully kill to save someone from pain than letting him or her suffer and live. They are not very well equipped to deal with the pain in the world. They want to be saved or save people from it.
· Neptune - Venus people tend to be blind to the shortcomings of loved ones. They tend to believe that their relationships are perfect and be very sensitive to any suggestion of discord. Somehow they’re under the impression that love isn’t love if it isn’t completely unconditional. Neptune square Venus people will have to sacrifice their values in relationships and possibly their self-worth. They’re not going to want to wake up to reality and they will keep feeding the illusion of their perfect relationships. Sweeping things under the rug is the hallmark of this aspect.
· People with 8th house placements tend to look like there’s a cloud of melancholy over their heads and like tragedy is about to strike. They seem to think that “to know people’s trauma is to be close to them”.
· The Pluto in Virgo generation can “lose it” over little details. I like to joke about that this placement could have an urge to kill someone for not cleaning properly, not following the recipe, not doing things according to plan, for going against common sense (for not getting vaccinated…), for breaking routine, for not following instructions and so on and so forth… They’re people that take the tiniest health problem seriously, demand proper and healthy work environments, become enraged over insignificant mistakes and incorrect information.
· People with Pluto retrograde are wary of asserting their power – they’re not sure if it’s going to backfire or not and they’re aware that overpowering people doesn’t do much if there’s no sense of inner power to go with it. Some say that in certain lifetimes, these people have misused power and are now learning how to properly use it. They are set up to learn about power more intimately than people with Pluto direct.
· Pluto/Scorpio dominants tend to give off calming vibes. They seem to know how to care for people when it really matters. They can be very protective and keep their head cool in extreme situations. They are familiar with the ordeals of life and tend to anticipate difficulties. They don’t sugarcoat but they don’t revel in the bad either. You want these people on your side when the going gets tough. That being said, these people will also draw you in only to destroy you. They can be the kindest but also the cruelest people you’ll ever meet. They come into your life to make you more aware of your depth of feeling and subconscious fears. Through attacking your weak spots they make you more aware of power. They will hit you where it hurts but they might care for you once they’ve disarmed you.
· In my opinion, people with Aries placements are the most capable of “seeing the light in the dark”. They expect life to challenge them and they don’t mind. “Rising from the ashes” is Scorpio symbolism but Aries runs through the fire without thinking, always moving forward with good humor, winning at his own game. Aries is comfortable in the position of the underdog and the outlaw striking from below, content with causing trouble for the people who take their positions in society for granted. Aries is his own hero and his own god.
· People who have Mars in Aries tend to love speed. Even if the person with this placement is temperamentally cautious and a bit reserved, they don’t like to wait and will get very impatient with people who can’t keep up with them. They have a lot of energy. Don’t assume that you’ll be able to keep up with them.
· People who have Venus in Aries are impulsive lovers… they have strong and aggressive feelings for the people they love (which perhaps doesn’t sound very pleasant to some). This is what happens when a Mars ruled sign like Aries influences Venus. They really want to “win” their lover’s heart. They’re not necessarily looking to be reciprocated; they simply want to be recognized as worthy of someone they admire and respect.
· Aries Suns that have Mercury in Pisces are forceful individuals that don’t make a lot of sense. They can tell great stories that are alive and magical but when it comes to making a point they’re hopeless. You won’t be getting the direct and blunt Aries Mercury effect that you probably expected from an Aries Sun.
· Pisces Suns who have Mercury in Aries are not going to be soft spoken and “fairy like”; they’re going to speak their mind with determination whether you like it or not. They’re sensitive souls but they’re also impulsive speakers.
· Aries moons are the underdog’s best allies. They are very loyal and pure-hearted individuals that are motivated to fight for people who can’t fight for themselves. Keep in mind though - they can be prone to become bullies. They have to fight for something.
· Scorpios and Ariens are typically different in the sense that Scorpios are concerned with securing power and Ariens are concerned with championing their personal mission. These things sound similar but they are very different. People who come under these signs might have a little bit of a love-hate relationship. The signs are after all inconjunct each other, the relationship is working, but it’s forced and requires compromise from both parties.

Every zodiac signs’ relationships with the rest can be put in one of three categories:
Type I – Easy relationships. These don’t require much effort on either side to work; people just “click” together. Arguments and misunderstandings are rare and are settled pretty fast. Because there’s a lack of challenge there’s not much space for self-improvement; people in such relationships often fall into a “lazy spell”.
Type II – Neutral relationships. Some compromises are required for these to work. It’s a generally positive environment offering the participants a chance to grow.
Type III – Difficult relationships. These are challenging and require significantly more effort to work. Miscommunication is a daily occurrence and arguments could be severe. However this type holds the most potential for self-development if both parties are willing to learn.
Type I relationships are based on the astrological aspects Trine (120 degrees from your birth sign, your “siblings by element”) and Sextile (60 degrees, the elemental siblings of your opposite sign); they are under the positive influence of Jupiter and Venus, regarded largely as “aspects of luck and love”. These operate on the principles of “opposites attract” and “like attracts like” without the conflict of authority being an issue. Type II relationships are based on the Semisextile (30 degrees, basically the neighbouring sign), Conjunction (0-10 degrees, or your sign) and Opposition (180 degrees, the opposite sign). These are under the rule of Mercury, the Sun and the Moon respectively; quite naturally if the Sun is involved there will be an issue of authority and a clashing of egos. The presence of perfect opposition brings up confusion, and the relative sameness in the outlook of your neighbours creates the illusion of similar characters. The “Who’s who?” lesson is the main objective here. Type III relationships are based on the Square (90 degrees, the two standing midway between you and your Opposition on each side) and the Quincunx (150 degrees, your Opposition’s neighbours). These are governed by Mars and Saturn and as you can probably guess, are quite heavy. There’s literally nothing in common between you and these other signs and they aren’t even your mirror-image like the Opposition, so this makes communication extra hard. The point of such relationships is to learn self-control and respect for people with different views on life. It’s really the most long-term positive situation, but it’s hard to notice at first.

Synastry: Mars-Pluto aspects
Mars-Pluto aspects can be quite complex as both bring a lot of energy into the relationship.
Mars is the planet of force, action, violence, deception, aggression, sex, energy. Pluto is the planet of regeneration, change, transformation, trauma, an indicator of what triggers a person, what his inner purpose is.
So combined together in synastry they can lead to a very strong connection.
If it's Mars-Pluto conjunction, then the relationship can bring out both people's energy. There is a great desire for change, movement, progress, growth. The Mars person is pushy and aggressive, while the Pluto person may feel like they are finally being given the opportunity to show up as there is someone who finally initiates that side of them. There is passion in the relationship, but it is one that is beyond physical. The pair is drawn to each other. This aspect can create a very powerful pair, romantically and platonically. Unstoppable, ambitious, fearless - they can push each other to do their best, there are no limits. There could be however, a battle for control over the other person. Mars is selfish and competitive, independent. Pluto seeks power and control and that is always manifested in the aspects with it.
If it's Mars-Pluto opposition, the pair can still create a power couple, but compromises are needed. In an opposition, the desire for control from Pluto's side can be stronger and the Mars person could feel irritated and overwhelmed by that. Oppositions usually work great with time and patience as both people bring into the other person's life the qualities they lack. Otherwise, they will try to overpower each other and that can lead to disruption.
If it's a Mars-Pluto square, it can be quite disastrous in some cases, great in others. The square is a strong aspect but it is an indication of major differences. With these two planets it can manifest as difficulty moving on from the past, a lot of arguments, difficulty giving or seeking forgiveness. The Pluto person can be very vengeful and the Mars person may seek ways to provoke them, irritate them, even if it's just for a reaction. As I mentioned, forgiveness is pretty impossible in the relationship and if something occurs, even if they manage to fix the relationship, the old problems will continue reoccuring in the future. There is a battle for power and control, especially from Pluto's side. Two dominant characters clash. There is however strong sexual attraction and undeniable passion.
If there is a Mars-Pluto trine it can be an indication of chemistry, natural attraction. The pair is good at supporting each other, bringing out the other person's strength and control. It is honestly a great aspect as there is a lot of energy between the two, but compared to the other aspects it is not as forceful and difficult.

hey love! what does a Plutonian chart look like? i'm not sure if I have one. how would that affect me?
Strong influence of Pluto…
What a strong Plutonian influence of Pluto in the chart could look like:
Pluto in the 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th house
Pluto aspecting inner planets (Mercury, Venus and Mars)
Pluto strongly aspecting the moon and ascendant, especially tight orbs
TW: mentions of s*x and death!!
Tumblr media
Being Pluto dominant or having a strong influence of Pluto means that transformations, ego deaths, feelings of death and rebirth will accompany you for a life time. From my experience, this will be especially harsh in the childhood, youth and maybe in your early adult years. As time passes and as you get older, you might develop self care habits and safety mechanisms to protect yourself and your inner peace. Practising self love, meditation and mindfulness could be important to these individuals, as they could underestimate their beauty and their outstanding personality.
I’ve also seen that most traumatic events happen in the childhood, youth or early adulthood. But that’s just my observation.
Feelings of being deeply misunderstood rise while you are young and this feeling might follow you for years. Constantly searching for someone to understand your complex mind and depth of emotions. These people could benefit from searching for a valve to turn pain, bad experiences and any form of built up emotion into art. Be it writing, drawing, making music…
A reoccurring theme for Plutonians is sexuality. There may be blockages in regards of the own sexuality or experiencing it, but once they overcome this, they literally start to bloom in that area. This could turn into being hungry for power in general (or simply being turned on by overpowering the partner) or in being lascivious. They can be pretty much extreme and freaky in bed, actually. Being intimate never gets boring with them.
I know, this is what you read everywhere, but plutonic people are deeply magnetic and will catch your eye with their intense aura. Even if they are not seen as traditionally beautiful, these natives exude attractiveness and charisma. You just can’t ignore them and they will even stand out in a crowd. BUT! A lot of them don’t have the sex appeal like (for example) Megan Fox has. A lot of them have such an innocence to their appearance, but if you take a closer look you’ll see that they’re like fallen angels.
From my experience, plutonic people will have a deep connection to spirituality or the occult and a profound interest in psychology (for good and bad). They usually get into these things after really hard times in their life. They will attract jealousy and hate like flies, unfortunately and this could take a toll in their self esteem. Even strangers tend to be very competitive and mean to them in some way, because most people simply feel challenged by their presence.
Dear plutonic people,
you ALL are wonderful and you deserve so much more. I feel for every single one of you and I hope you will find true happiness and self acceptance. You’ve been through so much and you deserve the world for all that. I’m sending you all the love you might need right now or later! 🩶
