Would it be more interesting for centaurs to have always existed alongside humanity, or for them to spontaneously begin showing up starting from right this moment?

Personally, I think the latter would be more interesting, even though it would be so much harder to actually find out that they exist, thanks to the governments and scientists trying to figure out how they exist, how they work, and other things about them.

I'm legitimately thinking about the logistics of this one particular fantasy of mine, the amount of space required, the money, the time, and I realized something. It would take way more than I originally thought.

Think about it with me and try to help me figure it out will you? Five centaur women, getting pregnant within a month, say five days apart, a typical horse pregnancy lasts between 11-12 months so that's a full year, maybe even add an extra month due to the more complex body being grown so say 14 months on the high end. Give them around a month to two months of rest and come tearing before a second pregnancy within a month for each, repeat that process until there have been 50 children born so around 14 years, give or take I'm not at my best mental math right now.

That's just the time it would take, now the space, one home literally just wouldn't be big enough for an eventually 56 people to live in, especially when 55 of them are half horse, so several homes on a single piece of property, maybe 100 acres, maybe 200.

Then you've got to think about the money for the food for all of them and yourself, plus who would be making it all, the money would come into a huge issue.

I'm not at my best so like, feedback would be very helpful. I like thinking about the realism of these fantasies so I do need help with that sometimes

The first thing I would be doing if I had untold wealth like El*n M*sk or J*ff Bez*s, beyond just never working again, would be to invest in genetic research to try and create hybrids like the centaur, the satyr, the lamia, the drider, etc. Billions and billions of dollars would be funneled into that field.

The second thing I would do would be to buy as large of a plot of land as I can find, if that's an entire island or just a large part of a specific state, who knows, it just needs to be large.

The third thing I would do is build a home on that land, large enough to accommodate several various types of taurs, should they be viable after all of that research is completed.

The fourth thing I would do is live out the rest of my days bringing taurs into the world and helping them get used to it.

I genuinely would be so happy to have kids and get married if taurs existed.

I can see it now, walking down the aisle with each of my brides, either all from one tauric species or all from different ones, a large outdoor venue, all of our families there.

Fast forward a few years, at least three kids running around, close in ages all, each kid from one of my wives, living in our own completely custom built home.

A few more years go by and there's another set of kids running around, long enough for the first set to be at least six years old, maybe even older, so they need less supervision.

Doing that process over and over as many times as wives want, building our kids homes nearby as well, starting our own small town.
