Durante dos años después de cumplir con mis obligaciones académicas, realicé proyectos variados por encargo. Junté dinero y abrí mi primera empresa, que hace arquitectura industrial. Llevo varios años perfeccionándome en la edificación residencial, un área donde es complicado introducir tecnologías sustentables y son cada vez más necesarias. Estoy trabajando hace unos años y he montado varios proyectos de arquitectura inteligentey automatización en la construcción. Llevo un gran cúmulo de mi carrera aprendiendo del día a día y ganar conocimientos en la proyección y planificación. Quiero idear un edificio de departamentos sustenables, donde se beneficie tanto al medio ambiente y al bolsillo de los futuros habitantes de las casas y departamentos. Un edificio habitacional que agregue todos los avances tecnológicos con los que cuenta la construcción sustentable. No tengo tiempo para la internet, el computador está para el trabajo, por eso no conozco páginas. Leo mucho esta pagina, me deja satisfecho. Gran cantidad de webs, paso muchas horas urgando en la internet cotejando cosas nuevas sobre la arquitectura. En este instante no recuerdo ninguno. No uso ni miro la internet, mi tiempo es escaso. Visito muy pocos, y no recuerdo de nada.

Pet hoarders - Control the number of animals in a home

In an attempt to rescue homeless animals, some people get inundated with them instead. They are what we call the hoarders. I Wildlife Rescue and I foster cats and kittens. As part of an organization that rescues homeless animals we are always in need of foster homes. Many of the animals we receive come from HOARDER homes.It seem to some people, even if well-intended, is drowning in animals. They are taking in too many, can not feed and take care of them properl and stay out of trouble. Recently in a neighboring city, where over 100 cats and dogs that are found in terrible conditions. The owners have been charged witrh 20 cases of animal cruelty .. In many situations hamstring larger animals will prey on smaller animals. Dogs become food aggressive and smaller, weaker dogs or whelping mothers are prey.I have a neighbor nearby who has been in over her head. She has been with the cats but not gettng themspayed. She is elderly and disabled. Our local organization has tried to pry some of these cats away from her. One of the problems with hoarders, they often do not want help. They are secretive and un cooperative. They feel no one else will treat their animals well. The license their animals because they're afraid to get them removed. This particular woman has a hole in her garage door so the cats can go in and out. Although I live on a very quiet street at least once a month one of her cats are dead on the road. The rest wander neighborhood.Another problem is the living conditions of people in these circumstances. It is dangerous and can be fatal. What begins as a sanctuary for homeless animals is one unhygienic environment that is observed only when the conditions have been beyond extreme.Intervention is important, prevention is even more important.
