Well since I drew clawneck previously, I might as well draw all of them.

I really enjoy playing cotl, the combat is butter smooth, but it also doesn't feel like you're just fighting since it's balanced out by the farming sim mechanics.

COTO Realm Info #1: Thickwood

By the name, you can tell that Thickwood is Owlverse's equivalent of COTL's Darkwood. The biggest difference lies in the trees that inhabit this region.

More information below:

Thickwood is known for its humongous trees that reach farther than the clouds. This trees, named by the locals as the Millennium Cedars, are fabled to have been planted by the First Gods during the world's creation, so they are considered sacred. Cutting down these trees is a major violation of the forest and is very much punishable.

There is little to no sunlight on the forest floor, so any trees that grow beneath the shade are extremely stunted in growth. Each Millennium Cedar is big enough to house its own mini ecosystem in its stump, roots, and branches. Some residents even made spacious homes out of some hollowed trees.

(Artist's note: I took a big inspiration from Giant Sequoia trees to create this realm. I liked the idea of a place that highly treasures its native plants, so I thought "...aw, what the heck. Thickwood supports wildlife conservation. Canon."

My new Gen Crown Bearers have names and official species now!

Some quick info about each character

Each new Crown Bearer lives in a land not connected to The Land of the Old Faith, it was once connected via trade and boating, but when the War of the Crowns began, these lands shut their doors and ceased contact.

This New Land is made up of four major regions:

🟢 The West, a region inspired by the Wild West of 1880’s America. With wide open plains with towns and villages scattered about. The power of Steam Poweree locomotives have been discovered, and tracks are currently being built around The West. Marshall hails from this region.

🟡 The South, a region inspired by the Savannahs and jungles of Africa. A beautifully lush land, where a balance is kept to never take more than you need and to give in return. Colonies are scattered but in close contact to eachother for trade. Mapaseka hails from this region.

🔵 The East is a beachy zone guarded by a Rainforest, smaller than the other regions but makes up for it with its tightly nit society. Inspired by traditional Japanese architecture, these people here live lavishly and in prosperity, with temples and monasteries for worship to long gone gods. Ayumi hails from this region.

🟣 And finally The North, with large snowy mountains, it is considered an artic wasteland to those who dare not venture- but deep in the thicket and snow lay a few colonies. Inspired by traditional Mongolia, the people here have lived in the snowy mountains their entire lives, many of which are considered “extinct” species (Mammoths, sabres, Irish Elk etc etc). Odval hails from this region.

How did the Crowns find these people? The better question is who gave them those crowns? And for what purpose?

Rebuilding What Was Erased – A Message from Abedmajed in Gaza

My name is Abedmajed, and I live in Gaza with what remains of my once large and loving family.

In a single missile strike, we lost over 25 members of our family. They were not just names. They were mothers, daughters, sons, grandparents — people we shared meals with, laughed with, and built dreams with.

The missile hit our family home — the heart of everything we knew.

Among those killed were: 🕊️ My mother 🕊️ My sister 🕊️ My older brother His wife and their three daughters 🕊️ My uncle, his wife, and all their sons and grandchildren

We were left with nothing but rubble and grief. Yet somehow, my brother and I survived. And now, we carry the responsibility of rebuilding what was taken — not just for ourselves, but for our father, our surviving siblings, and the memory of those we lost.
