i was talking with a friend (thank you, michelle <3) about this episode recently and i was reminded of this!! i really really love these interactions because they’re such wonderful sibling moments… they recognize when one of them is feeling uncomfortable or unwell and instead of brushing it off or forcing them through a scene, they offer support and comfort by suggesting that they take some time away from the set to heal. it’s honestly really heartwarming and i love that they tackle this situation with acceptance rather than frustration. i hope we get more sibling stuff like this in the reboot :) clips from animaniacs (1993) episode 76, segments “gimme the works” and “hercules unwound”
