I have been your fan since 2008. You were the first American singer I listened to. It was so frustrating at first because I really loved the melody of your songs but I could not understand the lyrics. I promised myself to study English so I could understand you! 

Little did I know, you become more than a favorite singer/English teacher to me. With your songs, you teach me so much and help me get through so many events of my life.

Taylor Swift (the album!) helped me stay calm in front of my middle school crushes (and coincidentally, I moved to Georgia a few years ago. It’s a sign!)

Fearless taught me to have fun, embrace my teenage mistakes and flaws, and that there is still a lot of time for me to figure everything out.

Speak Now taught me that other people’s mistakes do not define me, and I should not let others dictate my life.

Red carried me through my first heartbreak. I was able to allow myself to feel and understand my pain and moved on.

1989 showed me that I need to learn how to love myself first, before loving anyone else.

And, Reputation taught me that one day, I will be able to find a love as great as the love you are having.

I am glad to “stan” someone who is not only a great singer/songwriter but also a kind, passionate and brave person. I have always dreamed of seeing you on stage but it was a far-fetched dream since I was so far away. Fortunately, from a little kid who sang your songs in broken English, I am now a Risk Advisor for a transnational corporation in Midtown Atlanta. You have inspired and helped me become who I am today @taylorswift and I am super excited to say I will be seeing you in Atlanta, Night 2, Sec 233, Row 11, Seat 22!!!!

I wish that I can see you in person to thank you for everything, but if that is not possible, please know that I love you and I owe you so much!

Hey Taylor, this is Sophie, my best friend. Unfortunately she has been taken very very ill and has a rare illness called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome that makes her very poorly.
