How do you make gif stamps?

i use ezgif to crop and resize gifs, and turn videos into gifs as well!

after resizing, cropping, trimming, etc etc, i grab my stamp template/frame, and put it onto photopea. (open file from computer option)

once you have your frame opened on the website, select file on the top left of the editor, then click open, and select your gif, if done correctly it should open a new tab on the website's editor. like this:

select the folder your gif is in on the layer editor and click to duplicate into your frame's file.

once you have this done, open the file with your frame and now your gif, select all the layers the gif has, then move the gif on the screen to the center of the frame. if needed, place the folder with the gif's layers BELOW the frame png.

if you're having trouble sizing your gif correctly, put your frame's png into an editor like ibis paint or krita, and then crop the image to only have the inside of the frame. then check how tall and wide the png is!

(typically most frames take up 99-101 pixels wide, this was just an example)
