brian nodded his head in agreement. he understood, of course. “two months,” he repeated, counting back to figure out when two months had been. then again, it wasn’t like sleeping together was any rare occasion for them, so it would be difficult to pinpoint exactly when it happened. “yes, of course i’ll come,” he nodded his head. he held her close to him, his hand resting on her stomach. “that’s crazy. your tummy is still so flat,” he added, “who would think there’s a baby in there?” he looked to her, pressing a kiss to her cheek.

yuri liked how he was keeping her close. she wanted nothing more than for him to be supportive and to want to be in the baby’s life, worried that he might not have wanted to do that when she told him. she was so thankful that his reaction was a positive one and not negative. she looked to her stomach, almost staring at his hand laying on it in awe. he seemed happy, right? that’s what she hoped. “well soon enough a little bump is going to grow and it will make this all seem a lot more real than it feels now,” she hummed, looking at him and smiling.

it was crazy how a drunk text message could bring the two of them here today. hyewon had no regrets, of course. she did still love the other, and well, she felt like the direction their relationship was headed was good for them and for their daughter. today, they were going to take their daughter to the aquarium, something that she didn’t even know if the little girl would understand, but she would also use this time to date the other again, if that made sense. she was pushing the stroller as jungwoo held the child in his arms. a big smile came to her face to see him interact with her. “i wonder if she understands at all,” she laughed.

in a weird way jungwoo felt maybe they needed the divorce, maybe they needed the separation. it made him realise how much he truly loved and cared for her and how he wasn’t the same when she was gone. it made him realise how much he treasured their marriage and how he took it all for granted. he just knew he would spend his lifetime proving to her that he only wanted her. jungwoo was bouncing a little as he held jiwon in his arms, cooing to her as he pointed out all the different fish before turning and looking at hyewon with a grin upon his lips. “a part of me hopes she is just focusing on how pretty and colourful all the fish are.”

jungwoo was more than happy that she took initiative to say something like that. he knew he had been trying his best to hold back and he wasn’t sure how long he could wait. it wasn’t that he needed to have sex, but he needed her. he had missed her so much and the only thing they hadn’t done again since rekindling was this. that and he knew how good it felt when it was the two of them together. “you definitely should have said them,” he hummed. he was gentle with her, really wanting to show her that he loved her and cared about her. as he was removing her clothing, he was placing soft kisses against her neck and her jaw until he pulled away when feeling her tugging at the fabric of his shirt. he pulled the material off, throwing it to the floor and then moving so he could take her shirt off. “you’re so beautiful, did you know that?” he asked, the tone of his voice soft and low as looked at her now just in her bra. “you always look so beautiful. just let me look at you for a moment,” he added, again the tone soft.

hyewon couldn’t believe she had actually said those words. never in her life would she have ever said that before, but her friends had told her that she needed to be a more adventurous now that she was back with her ex. well, the advice came because she had admitted to them that she had really wanted to have sex with him again but didn’t exactly know how to approach it. she was worried that it was a one-sided feeling, but they told her that he wouldn’t be spending this much time with her if he weren’t truly wanting to get back together with her. the words had come out in the most inopportune of times, but she knew that if she didn’t say it, she would never say it. she squealed as he threw her over his shoulder so effortlessly. she loved how easy it was for him to carry her. “i didn’t know whether or not i should say them,” she admitted, her heart racing in her chest as he began to take the layers of fabric off her frame. “you never were good at waiting,” she teased, her fingers curling around the bottom of his shirt, tugging at it to indicate he should take it off.

soon enough, wooyoung was changed and ready to go. as he saw her, he smiled, leaning down and pressing a kiss to her lips. “you ready to go too?” he asked, seeing as she had also changed into something else. he presumed she would be ready unless she was planning on changing again. he hoped that wouldn’t be the case at all.

miyoung quickly got herself changed, not wanting to waste anymore time and wanting to take him to their daughter. she looked over at him and grinned, nodding her head as she kissed him back softly. “i’m more than ready. let’s go to my parents,” she hummed softly, taking a chance to kiss his cheek quickly.

wooyoung felt like he had been out of his for so long that he might not be doing things right anymore. was it possible? to lose skill in this kind of thing? he wasn’t really sure, and he knew he shouldn’t really be thinking so much when his wife was moaning how much she liked it. he groaned himself as her hand touched him. how long had it been since anyone had touched him there? when he had left, he had been so out of it that he hadn’t even been interested in doing things with himself. at her command, he began to move more swiftly, his other thumb finding her sensitive nub to play with it more quickly as his fingers moved in and out of her faster.

miyoung couldn’t help but grin wide at his expression and how excited he got over knowing he was going to see their daughter. she nodded, looking down and realising she was still in her nightwear so she followed him into the bedroom. “i need to get changed too,” she hummed, going into the wardrobe and looking for some clothes that were easy to pull on. she wasn’t sure if it was okay for her to be changing in the same room as him, despite the two still being married.

wooyoung nodded his head. “i know,” he noted, even if it did hurt. then again, he was the one who had caused her to be hurt before, so he really had no one else but himself to blame. “i love you too,” he added, pulling her close and hugging her tightly. “now, when are we going to get our baby girl? i miss her so much,” he exclaimed, a tightening in his chest happening when he mentioned his daughter.

a small and content sigh left miyoung’s mouth as he hugged her, the girl hugging him back just as tight and keeping him close. she looked up at him with a grin at the mention of their daughter. “we can go get her from my mother’s house as soon as we are ready?” she suggested, happy that he was ready to jump back into things and into their family. “i can give her a call and make sure youngji is ready?”

“well you just might have to re-think everything then,” he teased, sticking his tongue out at her a little before clearing his throat and acting serious as they walked into the restaurant. he didn’t want to seem like he wasn’t meant to be in a respected place by acting like that, even if that was the truth. he liked how she held onto him as they walked, he liked knowing they could walk hand in hand or arm in arm together now. he too studied the menu, already knowing he was going to find it difficult to choose what he would want to eat. “it does look amazing, doesn’t it?” he hummed in reply to her, his eyes scanning the pages and making a mental note of each thing he liked the sound of.

it wasn’t like hyunseok had expected things to go this way, despite having been dating and knowing that things were leading up to that. he didn’t want to make her feel like he assumed and expected this to happen because he would never want to make her feel like that. of course he was nervous over the ordeal too, over what could happen when the two of them finally sleep together. would it ruin things for them? would they have built the idea of it up in their head to the point where they expected so much and he would disappoint her? that was the last thing that he wanted. a small sigh left his mouth as she moved to straddle him, his arms instantly wrapped around her waist as he looked up at her. “i’m nervous too, babe,” he whispered, offering her a small and warm smile. “i love you too. i don’t want you to think that i expect you to do anything tonight,” he explained, rubbing his thumbs against her sides.

hyerim hadn’t meant to kill the mood momentarily. she was nervous. she had been hyunseok’s best friend for so many years, and even if it was obvious that this would be the next step in their relationship, she was scared. perhaps she hadn’t thought about all of the consequences when she had pursued this. it didn’t mean she didn’t want it. she did! that was the reason why she was even asking. “no!” she exclaimed, not wanting him to be sorry for it. her hands went to his face, cupping his cheeks gently as she shifted so that she was now straddling him. “i haven’t been with many people before. i guess i’m just nervous,” she admitted. “and besides, it’s with you. someone i love so much.” for the first time, she would be having sex with someone that she loved as much as she did which couldn’t have been said about the last few times. maybe that was also why it was scary. “i do want this,” she whispered softly, her heart racing in her chest.

the moment that she felt his arm around her shoulder, she looked up at him and offered him a warm smile before nodding her head. “it’s more than okay,” she hummed softly, moving into his touch and ultimately moving closer to him. she looked at him still when she moved closer, trying to gauge his reaction to make sure that this was all okay. when it had been a few moments and he hadn’t pushed her away, she relaxed in his hold. “i really didn’t think that this would be happening today,” she replied with a small laugh. it was crazy to think that a simple meet and greet could lead them to being sat in her apartment while intoxicated and this close to one another.

another soft huff left her mouth as he pulled her closer. she wrapped her arms around his neck loosely, looking up at him. when she heard the options he gave her, a small noise of frustration left her mouth. “i...i like the sound of the last one,” she mumbled in reply to him, beginning to bite on her bottom lip. he hadn’t been like this, especially not when they first met but exploring this side of both of them was exciting. she trusted him and he seemed to trust her, so there was nothing stopping them when it came to this anymore. not to mention he was amazing and she couldn’t get enough of him. “i don’t want anyone else making you hard,” she spoke, the frown appearing on her lips once more as one hand moved down his body, beginning to palm him through his trousers slowly. “only i want to do that,” she added, the tone of her voice becoming soft and sultry.
