The Eyes of The Dragon by Stephen King. Okay fine, I kinda sorta maybe spiraled back into the madness that is all things Dark Tower connected. I’ve had the book on my shelf for a long time and being a handful of pages into it, I’m absolutely enjoying it. A fairytale with the essence of King.

The holidays make it a little tough to find time to sit down and comfortably read. It’s one reason why I chose The Mist by Stephen King for my book of the week. It’s a nice small read and if you’re a fan of Stephen King’s Dark Tower series, it has small snippets that connect it to the series.

The Mark by Jason Pinter. The first time I read this book I was a sophomore in high school. I decided it had been enough time to revisit this book. There are still moments when my heart is racing and I can’t seem to put it down. I recommend this read to anyone looking to get into a thriller series.
