This angsty father-son moment between Lio Convoy and Lio Junior is such good shit and I’m shocked I haven’t heard people talk about it beforehand. One of the best scenes in the whole special for me.

Rhinox’s voice can get kinda Southern-ish at times and Dinobot’s voice is basically Scott McNeil’s Cobra Commander but with more bass. Otherwise, most of the cast has either some sort of generic North American accent (BW is a Canadian production) or an exaggerated voice to match the personality. For example, Silverbolt has a theatrical noble voice to match his knight personality and Tarantulas with his creepy mad scientist voice.

Granted, I’m also not the best at identifying accents so it’s possible there are specific ones I haven’t picked up on yet.

So I know that Megatron II has a british accent (as do Obsidian, Strika, and the diagnostic drone in Beast Machines) and Ravage has a russian one, and that Rattrap has a Brooklyn accent and Quickstrike has a some kind of a southern US accent.

Are all the other Maximals, Predacons, and Vehicons just american, or do they have other accents? Do the other bots have some specific US accent like Rattrap and Quickstrike?
