Have been doing very well at being Friendly and Relaxed and a People-Person on this mandatory Visitor Experience course but also could it please end so I can go home and work on cosplay shit.

Had to do a breakfast tv thing for work this morning, which turned into an impromptu strip-tease in front of the weather lady and the news lady starring yours truly because guess WHO fucked up the arrival time vs. the on-air time and wasn't wearing their fancy interview clothes for the 300000 km drive into the city.
Anyway, the important shit got did (interview) and I saw the mayor on the way out because she was up next and she said good job so that's good enough for me.
#tried to forget half my clothes in the green room too but the schedule dude managed to catch me in the parking lot before i left#anyway i was going to go home but ended up driving out to the mountains instead for the rest of the morning#because i didn't want to have to rehash THAT debacle alone in my house for the rest of the day#museum life#i swear i'm good at what i do#our mayor is a VERY nice lady#who puts up with a metric arsetonne of garbage from the misogynistic racist local wanks#and even more from our trump-simping provincial government#i get to see her again on sunday for a second work thing and i think I'll tell her good job too#weather lady and news lady were super-chill and cool when i blue-screened briefly when i realised the timing fuck-up
