i just want to give you guys a little heads up as to what’s happening with the brazilian 5h fandom and why we’re so upset.

some fans who were staying at the same hotel the girls were staying at made an attempt to go up to the girls’ rooms. now, this is wrong. the girls deserve their privacy. however, the story doesn’t end here like fifth harmony wrote in their post that it did. 

the security guard didn’t ‘escort’ them out of the hallway, he basically dragged them to the emergency stairs. this staircase is dark and there aren’t any cameras. as soon as they got there, the security guard started threatening to hit the girls and made remarks saying that he could do whatever he wants to the girls because there aren’t any cameras around.

the girls managed to get a piece of the guy talking about the maria da penha law and how this law wouldn’t count towards this situation as to it wasn’t a domestic violence on camera and if you want to see it for yourself click here. (x)

along with the hotel incident, there have been many other complaints about the same security guard.

and along with these there have been numerous fan stories about m&g where this same security guard either pushed the girls or either was extremely rude to them.

now, i understand that the girls want privacy and that it’s five of them against hundreds of us and they want to feel safe but when does that make it ok for a MAN to hit GIRLS? to threaten girls? what happened to always believing the victim? how can 5 girls who preach feminism, who give interviews where they talk about women empowerment turn their backs on their own fans? like i said in the beginning, the girls were wrong about going up to the girls room but does that really make it ok to defend a security guard who threatened them?
