The 'giuseppi is a robot in the urbz games' thing has spiraled into an unconfirmable theory thst it's tristan legend's fault somehow. Still early in urbz so there could be another robot-building character, but the weird connection between giuseppi's van being named tristam (alternate spelling of tristan) and giuseppi's weird fawning over him in sims 2 and the unused text about him stealing a TV for tristan, apparently just cause he mentioned he didnt have one anymore, it's all... coincidental and means nothing. But tristan is suspect and weird.

Sorta finished The Sims Bustin' Out (I messed up and softlocked myself in regards to fixing the rocket.) I honestly really like it. I wish there was more... I suppose, reactivity from the other characters when events happen? Like, an option to get their point of view on something. I wanted to talk to Uncle Hayseed about Giuseppi's attempt to guillotine him, or like, talk to Nora or Detective Mann about the Veloci-Rooster. Also, I invited Nora to live with me, and I was sad that there isn't like, extra interactions with your roommate, not even extra dialogue. She's just trapped in my house for the most part, which is just depressing.

I'd started with The Sims 2 GBA game, and honestly Bustin' Out makes it look even more half-baked than it already seemed. Although I have my problems with the conversation system in Bustin' Out, it's so, so much better than the random nonsense of Sims 2 GBA's interactions.

I also wish that Sims 2 GBA had the characters move more, even though it was kind of annoying trying to find people. I liked that you could potentially learn someone's schedule and it was fun to think about why a character was in the park at 1-2 AM, or why Guiseppi kept showing up just outside of my house in the morning. I wonder if that's an actual thing where he's stalking you and I only noticed when I moved into the third house. It was always funny to see him out during the day, though the implications aren't great.

All in all, excited to start the Urbz game in a few days.

I have a lot of thoughts on alfred and none of them are in a coherent pattern right now. I think theres really something with making him look like a chimpanzee and the idea of him being the first real victim (of physical violence, at least) of the television show, recalling ideas around animal 'actors' in sitcoms. Also fascinating is that he's also an actor (in the sense that he's always playing a funny robot role) and seems to have a sort of secret kinship with the main character he keeps to himself until you hurt him.
