#Repost @athenspublicart ・・・ After months of work, the Athens Cultural Affairs Commission (ACAC) is pleased to present a final version of the Athens Public Art Master Plan! This plan has been submitted to the Mayor and Commission and has been presented by urban designer Todd Bressi. Once approved, this plan will serve as a roadmap and series of guidelines for development of public art in Athens-Clarke County over the years to come. #Repost @field_work ・・・ This month we are stalling Creative Journaling exactly one week until we have our wits about us and have settled back into the routine of life without holidays. For 2017 we are gonna get a wee bit more structured in terms of themes, which will ultimately provide more freedom for our markmaking. ... So join us on Tuesday, January 10, at 6:30PM at KA Artist Shop! It's already set to be an amazing jumping-in, and together we will focus on SETTING OUR INTENTIONS for the new year, or even just the next day or next minute. I'm all about manifesting our innermost loves to make 2017 a year where we celebrate and acknowledge what we have and discover our own goodness and strength through our marks. Things happen with a blank page and a pencil as seeds. I'll have hot tea ☕️ and honey 🍯. xoxo
