Anybody else ever write a scene and think they’re happy with it. Only to go back to it a few days later and completely rewrite it in a different direction. Is that just me being indecisive or is it because I don’t know my characters well enough to decide how they’d act?

I have so much to get done tomorrow cus deadlines but I have just cleaned the kitchen and am feeling motivated 💪
#it probably wont last till tomorrow#but its nice to savour the feeling whilst its there#it doesnt happen very often lmao#there is nothing quite like the satisfaction of having a clean kitchen#which is why I'll be so put out tomorrow when I make toast and there are somehow a million bread crumbs all over my freshly cleaned counter#why does bread just litter everywhere no matter how careful I am#rude
