oneshot idea i may write one day is the Hex playing a game of "dog or not" with Drifter, who confesses to not knowing what a dog is and is shocked every time they're shown a new breed of dog and told that it is, in fact, a dog. like;
Aoi: okay what about this one. (holds up picture of a sheep) Drifter: (With full and utter confidence:) a dog! Aoi: nope.
later,
Quincy: alright space trauma, let's hear it (holds up picture of a Bedlington Terrier) Drifter: haha you can't fool me, Aoi already showed me this one! Drifter: it's a sheep. Quincy: nope. dog. Drifter: WHAT

Mmm.... Thinking thoughts about the Stalker, Hunhow, and how they helped the Drifter during the New War. Umbra isn't the only excal based sentient warframe, after all, and although the partnership was begrudging, the Drifter does have that sentient piece of bow, which I'd imagine he probably tried to give back at some point.
I don't know if Hunhow still has a link to that thing, but the thoughts are deeeefinitely there.
Most of the weapons that we use in warframe are pretty like, 'realistic' in terms of being able to sorta say, oh, this is battery powered, oh, this one is biological, etc, but I think of everything the Drifter could show the Hex to prove the authenticity of his stories, (Past Eleanor being able to just read minds lmfao) that might actually be it. Also, its just genuinely cool as a prop piece. Also also it fits GS Drifter's rhythmic theming perfectly.
"Nice sniper rifle. Check this out." *punches a hole through brick wall with a bow that growls and manifests arrows out of absolutely nothing*

What if you're able to open time and space with a tenno and what if that sort of technology ended up in I dunno.. Some guy's hands that should not been trusted. Imagine being a key to the future, a living battery per-say. That would kinda suck.

Character building questions for your Operator!
Heavily inspired by this post, by @judasrpc ( My post is basically just a re-wor(d/k)ingof the original post to make it fit the Warframe worldbuilding. Please give the original a read.)
Optional: Operator Name
What's the lie your Operator says most often?
How often do they show their genuine emotions to others?
How did they treat Rell aboard the Zariman?
What was your Operator's during the fall of the Orokin?
If they had in-mission voice lines, what would they be? And when would they trigger?
How does your Operator feel about the Entrati family on Daemos? How does it compare to their family aboard the Zariman?
Do they give tough love or gentle love most often? Which do they prefer to receive?
What moment, exactly, are they the proudest of.
What are their feelings towards the Drifter?
How do they think the Drifter feels about them.
If Wally was impersonating them, what would give it away to the Drifter / Lotus?
When do they fake a smile? How often?
How do they put out a candle?
What sort of relationship does your Operator have with Ordis?
What kinds of people do they have arguments with in their head?
Does they stay in touch with your Drifter? How often? What do they talk about?
Which is their preferred frame? Why?
What do they notice first in the mirror versus what most people first notice looking at them?
Who do they love truly, 100% unconditionally (if anyone)?
What would they do if stuck in a room with the person they've been avoiding?
How do they keep themselves entertained between missions?
What do they dream about? What do they have nightmares about?
What is their favourite and least favourite foods?
What simple activity that most people do / can do scares your Drifter?
What do they feel guilty for that the other person(s) doesn’t / don’t even remember?
How much does your Operator remember of the Zariman?
How does your Operator feel about their parents?
What subject / topic do they know a lot about that’s completely useless to their duties?
Where does your Operator go to unwind?
Does your Operator feel dysphoric in their body? How do they cope with it, if they do?
How would they respond to being ignored.
What do they tell people they want? What do they actually want?
How do they respond when someone doesn’t believe them?
When do they feel the most guilt? How do they respond to it?
How do they greet someone they dislike / hate?
How do they greet someone they like / love?
What’s a secret they haven’t told anyone and don’t plan to tell?
Would they rather be invited to an event to feel included or be excluded from an event if they were not genuinely wanted there?
What is their preferred mode of transport?
How do they respond to a loose handshake? What goes through their head?
Does your Operator like hugs?
What phrases, pronunciations, or mannerisms did they pick up from someone / somewhere else?
What do others admire about them? What does your Operator think people admire about them?

Hi! Just a quick introduction, because I am not used to doing this but I want to make it at least a little clear.
Personally, I subscribe to the alternate/parallel universe line of thinking for the Drifter and Operator. Same person, slightly different lenses. Enough for each of them to be distinct, but my dears aren’t wildly different. More like siblings! Siblings with a good ten year age difference.
I’m also going to be sticking with the generic “Drifter” and “Operator”, but eventually you might see different nicknames leak in. If that happens, I’ll try to slip in a clarification of which name belongs to who. Now, on to the introductions!
Operator:
Doing her best. Did not remember her name whatsoever upon waking up, but bits and pieces have started coming back once she got a decent look at her face again.
Void scarring around the eyes. Made the joke once that it “helps her see through bullshit”. Thought Lotus gave her a disapproving look and has not made the joke since. Privately thinks it sometimes anyway.
Was among the tenno children that met violence with violence when their parents were affected by the Void.
Preferred frame is Gara (prime variant as soon as she dug up that set of blueprints). Feels a strong connection, but may just be admiration from hearing her story and Nihil’s disgruntled reaction to seeing the frame. Absolutely adores Gara Prime.
Woke up as a Volt model. Keeps it around for sentimental reasons. Occasionally tries to do something with it.
Secretly enjoys Ordis’ jokes.
Found Ordis’ recordings by accident, listened through as many of them as she could find. Has never told him. Will never tell him.
Drifter:
Forgot her name during her time in Duviri. Also doing her best.
Latched onto Dagath’s story as soon as she heard it. Adores Dagath. Has named her kaithe after Dagath’s.
Wears dax armor for the most part. Origins for that are… hazy at best. Maybe best left forgotten in her opinion.
Favors ink that looks like tear streaks. Does not elaborate on why.
Wasn’t sure what to make of Teshin initially. Decided he was an excellent elderly uncle. Does not play Komi with him after ‘the incident’. (The incident was her losing 10 times in a row and nearly flipping the board. Does not touch komi with the rabbit. Is convinced it cheats.)
Thinks of the Operator like a little sister, really doesn’t know how to handle it. Hearing the Void wanted her sister? Nothing could’ve stopped her from chasing Entrati to hell (or in this case, 1999) to find a way to stop it. She’s not ready to lose another family member, ever.
Adores Ordis and his dad jokes. Is unsure about Lotus/Margulis despite Operator’s clear adoration of her.
