A blog dedicated to the TV show Terra Nova, which aired in 2011 on FOX. It followed the Shannon family on an incredible journey back in time to a colony (led by Commander Nathaniel Taylor) living on a prehistoric-Earth-like planet as a small part of a daring experiment to save the human race from dying on the highly polluted Earth. Their second chance for a better life was, however, threatened by not only dinosaurs, but also by a splinter group that arrived on the sixth pilgrimage.

AU: Having been banished from Terra Nova for what he was trying to do, Lucas had to stay in the jungle. He struggled to survive homeless and alone, he was taunted by his father every time he saw the colony celebrating, but he never gave up. He was driven by the desire to achieve his ultimate goal. In the end, after nearly six years of hard work, he thought he finally found a solution: he could create fireworks by using a rocket-launcher. Alas, he was obviously not satisfied with the result.
Inspired by Sarah Schein’s comment about this video (which I didn’t even watch whole because I didn’t like the music :-D): “Lucas worked for years on fireworks,and took a bazooka to make som” [sic].

Fun fact: Skye does not have any lines in this episode. She is briefly heard talking with Dunham in a montage of Terra Novans at the Harvest festival, but that is mere background chatter.
Originally, there was meant to be a scene in which Skye did have lines: a scene in which she talked with Taylor. However, this scene was deleted from the final version of the episode and was only included in the DVD extras.
