"Clearly, you're upset," Blaise noted.

A pause.

"You think I'm mad at the golden girl?" Pansy asked suddenly, voice hollow.

Blaise looked at her, not answering.

"I'm not," she continued. "I'm just—bloody terrified. Because for the first time in years, he wasn't haunted. At the gala, he was—he was laughing again. Smiling like it meant something. He was finally waking up again, finally letting someone in, and now he's—"

"In Azkaban," Blaise finished grimly.

"It feels like the universe is just proving us right. That happiness isn't for people like us." Pansy swiped at an angry tear with more venom than grace, as though furious with herself for feeling anything at all. "And the only person who might have a chance at getting him out is unconscious in a hospital bed—"

Suddenly, green flames roared to life.

"No, she's not," Theo's voice echoed as he stepped into the room.

Percy has the courage to put his heart on the line and start a relationship (knowing this could be trouble and taking the chance anyways) and Vex doesn't (throwing the bottle of Courage which, per sound effects, shatters)

And Vex's response to that statement from her brother...

Taliesin claiming that Laura is the pilot of this ship [perc'ahlia] but then saying that he makes direct eye contact with her while recording their sex noises is hilarious to me. Laura is driving the car but Taliesin is in the backseat yelling "MCDONALDS MCDONALDS"

The look on their faces. It's so much fun to watch as Vox Machina witness Vex and Percy falling in love and are doing a TERRIBLE job of trying to hide their feelings. It's so obvious.

And these other moments just further prove my point. I love how Vex and Percy have become the type of romance where their feelings are so obvious that anyone can see they are already in love with each other. That is my favourite kind of romance.
